Before drilling any holes or driving any screws, be sure you will not be contacting any of these utilities. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage and serious or fatal injury. If you do not feel confident in your ability to ensure that you will not contact utilities behind a wall during installation, please contact a licensed contractor to install the cabinets.

CAUTION
- Avoid using cleaners that contain bleach, ammonia, citrus-based products or any type of abrasives (see cleaner label). These cleaners can cause damage to the cabinet finish.
PREPARATION
- Before beginning assembly of the product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with the package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- A damp cloth is sufficient for normal spills. Dry the surface immediately.
- Most general-purpose household cleaners can be used to clean doors.
- Caustic agents and/or abrasive scrubbers, or oven cleaners, should not be used.
- Liquid on the surface should not be left for long periods.

INSTALLATION OVERVIEW
- Place the cardboard box or blanket on top of the working area to protect the cabinets from being scratched or damaged during assembly.
- Connect the left face frame (D1) with the right face frame (D2) using wooden dowel pin (MM) x 4
- Use 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 1 to secure the face frame.
- Insert the box bottom panel (B) into the grooves.
- Attach corner brace (EE) x 2 using 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) X 4 to the face frame assembly.
- Secure the box bottom panel (B) using 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 4.
- Insert the left front side panel (R1) into the grooves
- Rotate the cabinet to lay the left front side panel (R1) on the building area.
- Secure the face frame assembly with the left front side panel (R1) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 8
- Secure the box bottom panel (B) with the left front side panel (R1) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Lay the right front side panel (R2) flat separately on a scratch-free surface and attach the corner brace (EE) x 2 using 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 4.
- Insert the right front side panel (R2) into the grooves.
- Secure the face frame assembly with the right front side panel (R2) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 4.
- Rotate the cabinet to lay the right front side panel (R2) on the building area.
- Secure the box bottom panel (B) with the right front side panel (R2) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Lay the right rear side panel (S2) flat separately on a scratch-free surface and insert wooden dowel pin (MM) x 2 into the pre-drilled holes.
- Connect the left face frame (D1) and the right rear side panel (S2), and insert the panel into the grooves.
- Secure the right rear side panel (S2) with the left face frame (D1) using 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 1
- Secure the right rear side panel (S2) with the right front side panel (R2) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Secure the right rear side panel (S2) with the right front side panel (R2) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Secure the right rear side panel (S2) with the box bottom panel (B) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Insert the box back panel (C).
- Hold the top of the box back panel (C) and secure it with the right rear side panel (S2) using 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 2.
- Secure the box back panel (C) with the box bottom panel (B) using corner brace (EE) x 1 and 1/2” round head screw (ee) x 4.
- Insert the left rear side panel (S1) into the groove.
- Hold the top of the box back panel (C) and secure it with the left rear side panel (S1) using 1” flat head Phillips screw (GG) x 2.
- Rotate the cabinet to lay the left front side panel (R1) on the building area.
- Secure the left rear side panel (S1) with the box bottom panel (B) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Secure the left rear side panel (S1) with the left front side panel (B) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8.
- Connect the left toe kick (E1) with the right toe kick (E2) using wooden dowel pin (MM) x 2.
- Secure the left toe kick (E1) and the right toe kick (E2) using 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 1.
- Attach the toe kick with the cabinet box using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 8
- Place the bottom tray (P2) into the cabinet box and aligh the pre-drilled holes.
- Secure one side of the tray (P2) holder using 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 2
- Secure the other side of the tray (P2) holder using 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 2
- Locate and align the pre-drilled holes on the right rear side panel (S2) and the left front side panel (R1) with the corner brace underneath the top tray (P1).
- Secure one side of the tray (P1) holder using 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 4.
- Secure the other side of the tray (P1) holder using 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 4.
- Secure the left door panel (J1) to the right door panel (J2) with the soft-close hinges (LL) x 2 using 5/8” flat head Phillips screws (ll) x 8 (4 screws for 1 hinge).
- Attach the soft-close hinge (KK) to the left door panel (J1) using 5/8” flat head Phillips (kk) x 4 (2 screws for 1 hinge).
- Locate the pre-drilled holes on the right front side panel (R2) and attach the door panel assembly using 5/8” flat head Phillips (kk) x 8 (4 screws for 1 hinge).
- If the door is not level when it is installed, the customer will need to turn screw 1 to adjust the door forward and backward and turn screw 2 to adjust the door up and down.
- The customer can turn screw 1 to adjust the gap between door panels, turn screw 2 to adjust the door up and down, and turn screw 3 to adjust the door forward and backward.
- To reverse the door, unscrew the 5/8″ flat head Phillips screws from each hinge and remove the door panel. Then, reverse the door panel and drill the 5/8″ round head Phillips screws to each hinge through the pre-drilled holes to tighten the hinges with cabinet face frame.
- Attach the rubber bumper (HH) to the top and bottom corner of the left door panel (J1) and right door panel (J2).
- Place 4 plastic counter corner blocks (DD) on each corner of the cabinet.
- Secure the plastic counter corner blocks (DD) using 1/2” round head phillips screw (dd) x 8 (2 screws for 1 corner block)
