Assembly Steps

Step 1: Insert Front Side Panels

Insert the left front side panel (R1) and the right front side panel (R2) into the designated grooves.

Step 2: Attach Face Frame

Fasten the face frame (D) with the left and right front side panels (R1 and R2) using 1/2 flat head Phillips screws (nn) x 2.

Step 3: Attach Corner Braces

Attach corner braces (EE) x 2 using 1/2 round head Phillips screws (ee) x 4 to the bottom of the face frame (D).

Step 4: Secure Box Bottom Panel

Secure the box bottom panel (B) using 1/2 round head Phillips screws (ee) x 4.

INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

1. Place the cardboard box or blanket on top of the working area to protect the cabinets from being scratched or damaged during assembly.
2. Attach 135 degree angle brace (NN) x 2 to the face frame (D) using 1/2” flat head Phillips screw (nn) X 2.
3. Insert the left front side panel (R1) and the right front side panel (R2) into the grooves.
4. Fasten the face frame (D) with left and right front side panel (R1 and R2) using 1/2” flat head Phillips screw (nn) X 2.

5. Attach corner brace (EE) x 2 using 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) X 4 to the bottom of the face frame (D).
6. Insert the box bottom panel (B) into the grooves.
7. Secure the box bottom panel (B) using 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 4.
8. Attach corner brace (EE) x 2 using 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) X 4 to the top of the face frame (D).

9. Insert the box top panel (L) into the grooves.
10. Secure the box top panel (L) using 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 4.
11. Secure the box top panel (L) with the left and right front side panel (R1 and R2) using corner brace (EE) x 4 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 16.
12. Secure the box bottom panel (B) with the left and right front side panel (R1 and R2) using corner brace (EE) x 4 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 16.

13. Insert the left rear side panel (S1) into the grooves.
14. Secure the box top panel (L) with the left rear side panel (S1) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head Phillips screw (ee) x 8.
15. Secure the box bottom panel (B) with the left rear side panel (S1) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8.
16. Insert the adjustable shelf clip (FF) x 8 into the left and right front side panel (R1 and R2) where shelves are desired (4 shelf clips on 1 panel).

17. Insert the adjustable shelf (K) x 2.
18. Insert the adjustable shelf clip (K) x 2 into the box back panel (C) where shelves are desired.
19. Insert the box back panel (C).
20. Secure the box back panel (C) with the box top panel (L) using corner brace (EE) x 1 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 4.

21. Secure the box back panel (C) with the box bottom panel (B) using corner brace (EE) x 1 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 4
22. Insert the right rear side panel (S2) into the grooves.
23. Secure the right rear side panel (S2) with the box bottom panel (B) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8
24. Secure the right rear side panel (S2) with the box top panel (L) using corner brace (EE) x 2 and 1/2” round head phillips screw (ee) x 8

25. Secure the box back panel (C), left rear side panel (S1), and right rear side panel (S2) using 1” flat head phillips screw (GG) x 8.
26. Insert the hinge (CC) to the door panel (J) and secure the hinge to door use 5/8” flat head phillips screw (cc1) x 4 (2 screws for one hinge).
27. Locate the pre-drilled holes in the door opening of the face frame (D) and use 3/4” round head phillips screw (cc2) x 2 (1 screw for 1 hinge) to attach the door panel (J) to the face frame (D).
    If the door is not level when it is installed, the customer will need to turn the screw clockwise to extend the hinge or counterclockwise to shorten the hinge.

To reverse the door, unscrew the 3/4″ round head phillips screws from each hinge and remove the door panel. Then, reverse the door panel and drill the 3/4” round head phillips screws to each hinge through the pre-drilled holes to tighten the hinges with cabinet face frame.

28. Attach the rubber bumper (HH) to the top and bottom corner of the door panel (J).
