Thank you for choosing our Electric Fireplace. This owner’s manual will
provide you wilh valuable nformation necessary for lhe proper care and
maintenance or your new product. Please take a few moments to thoroughly read
the instructions and familiarize yourself with all lhe operational aspects of
your new heater.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using this electric unit, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. induding the following:
- Read ALL nstructions before using lhis unit.
- CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the heater yourselt.
- This heater may get hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hol surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as tumiture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and curtains at least 3 ft from the front of the healer and keep them away from the sides, top, and rear. DO NOT place towels or other objects on the heater.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater s used by or near children or the disabled, or when the heater is left operating and unattended.
- DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or after the heater malfunclioos. has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
- This healer is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar ndoor locations. NEVER locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. To protect against electrical hazards, DO NOT immerse in water or other iquids.
- DO NOT touch the control panel or plug with a wet hand.
- DO NOT run cord under carpeting. DO NOT cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over
- DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater
- To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air ntakes or exhaust n any manner. DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use in areas where gasoline, paint, explosive andlor flammable liquids are used or stored Keep unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.
- Always plug heaters directly nto a wall outlet receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- To avoid fire or shock hazard. plug the unit directly into a 120 V AC electrical outlet.
- To disconnect healer, tum controls to OFF. then remove plug from outlet. Pull firmly on the plug, DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord.
- Always unplug the unit before moving or cleaning, or whenever the heater is not in use.
- Use only for ntended household use as described in lhis manual. Any other use not recommended by !he manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock. or injury to persons. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by unauthorized dealers may cause hazards.
- Always use on a dry, level surface. Use on floor only.
- DO NOT use outdoors.
- WARNING: To reduce lhe risk ot fire or electric shock, DO NOT use this unit with any solid-state speed control device
- DO NOT atlempt lo repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will void your wattanty. The nside of the unit contains no user serviceable parts. Qualified personnel should perform all servicing only.

SAFETY FEATURES
Overheat Safety Feature
This heater is equipped with a overheat safety feature. When the heaters
intemal components reach a certain temperature thal could cause overheat and
possible fire, lhe heater will automatically shut otl.
WARNING: It is normal for the power cord to feel warm to the touch
however, a loose fit between the outiet and the plug may cause overheating of
the plug. If this occurs, try inserting the plug into a different outlet.
Contact a qualified electrician to nscect the
original outlet for damage.
PREPARATION
This product includes a GLASS panel! Always use extreme caution when handing
glass. Failure to do so could result in personal injury or property damage.
Remove all parts and hardware from the carton and place them on a clean, soft,
dry surface. Parts and assembly steps are grounded for wall-hanging or
recessing use Check the parts list to make sure nothing is missing. Dispose of
packaging materials properly. Please recycle whenever possible. You will need
the following tools (not included): Phillips screwdriver; stud finder; level;
tape measure; electric dril; 1/4’wood drill bit, hammer.

Control Panel Operation
- Digital display: Indicate set room temperature, timer setting, flame color choose function mode ,speed setting, dimmer ,lock, heating setting display.
- Timer button: User setting timing boot or shutdown
- Lock button: Unlock or lock.
- Speed button: Adjust flame speed
- Dimmer button: adjust light brightness
- Carbon bed button: choose ember bed color
- Flame button: choose flame color
- Temperature setting button: Setting temperature
- Heating butlon High heating and low heating setting
- Power button: tum onlott
Remote Control
- Remove the battery box cover along the indicated arrow.
- Putting in two new AAA alkaline batteries( Package does not contain batteries), making sure the “+” and ”-” polarities math.
- Reinstall the cover into place.
PREPARATION
Place the heater on a firm, level surface and plug into a grounded 120V 60Hz
power outlet. And turn on the power switch in the rear of the unit.
3-prong Outlet Installation
Only use this fireplace on a 120V AC, 15-Amp grounded circuit. Never overload
the circuit. If this fireplace trips the circuit breaker, unplug all other
appliances on the same circuit before the next use. Avoid plugging other
appliances into the same circuit as this fireplace.
Always check the fireplace plug and connections before each use.
Never plug this fireplace into an outlet that is cracked or has any loose
wires or connections. Plugging this fireplace into a faulty outlet could
result in the outlet overheating or catching fire.
Always plug this fireplace into a wall outlet or receptacle. Never plug this
fireplace into a surge protector, extension cord, or relocatable power tap.
Make sure this plug fits securely into the outlet. Faulty wall outlet
connections or loose plugs can cause the outlet to overheat. If the outlet or
faceplate is hot, discontinue use immediately and have a qualified electrician
inspect and/or replace the faulty outlet.
The power cord supplied with the heater has three prongs: two flat blades
(live and neutral) and one round pin (ground). If a 3-slot receptacle is not
available, an adapter MUST be used. The adapter MUST be properly grounded to
the outlet box (see figure below).
Control Panel/Remote control Functions
Once the Electric fireplace has been properly assembled and connected to a
electrical outlet and make sure the power button light on. It is ready to
operate:

2. Start and select working mode
| Select a heat setting.
Press the HEATER button to toggle between the two heat settings. the display
show HI(High power)–LO(Low power)– — (heating off)

| Power for high heat mode is 1500W, low heat is 750W.and turn off the heat.
3. Setting room temperature
| Adjust the thermostat by pressing the arrows on the control panel or remote
control.

| Set temperature indication varies from 59°F to 95°F. Once you have chosen
the desired temperature, the heater will remain on until the room temperature
increases to the temperature on the digital display. The heater will cycle on
and off to maintain the desired room temperature.
4. Setting Flame Color
| Carbon bed color setting, each time press the flame button, the flame show
different color, total 14 colors, The carbon bed color display(F1
,F2,F3,F4,F5,F6,F7,F8,F9, 10, 11,12,13,14), Every time you press the button,
the ember bed LED lights will light by( F1) yellow

5. Setting Carbon bed Color
| Flame color setting, each time press the flame button, the flame show
different color, total 14 colors, The flame color display(C

6. Flame dimmer setting
| The flame brightness is on the brightest mode by first time, Five level
brightness can be adjustable. Every time you press the dimmer button,the
display window show brightness level L5-L4-L3-L2-L1-L0,LO means the light
total off. This dimmer setting flame and carbon bed light brightness at same
time.

7.Flame speed setting
| When the machine turn on first time. the flame speed is fastest mode
S5,Press this speed button. can adjust flame speed, from fast to slow display
show from $5,S4,83,82,S1. SS is fastest, S1 is slowest.

8. Lock setting
| When first time use, keep press this lock button3-5S,This lock function
start work, Other button can not use. If you want unlock, keep press lock
button 3-5S again,then lock function will be off, can setting other function
button.

9. Setting timer-power- off
Caution! ONLY under power-on mode can you set timer-power-off function.

Caution! ONLY under power-off mode can you set timer-power-on function.

TUYA WIFI USER MANUAL
Step by Step Guide
At present, the TUYA app only support 2.4GHZ Wifi
WiFi Operation: To adjust the fireplace settings with your mobile device, you
will need to add the Tuya Smart app to your mobile phone or tablet.
1. Get the Tuya Smart App 2. Set Up the Tuya Smart App Follow the app
instructions to set up and register a Tuya Smart account and sign in to the
app. Once you’ve downloaded the app to your mobile device, open the Tuya Smart
App, tap “Register” to register an account, then sign in.
3.Please open the WIFI and Bluetooth, and ensure the device and fireplace
heater are in same network.
4.When first time use to connect the mobile and fireplace,keep press power
button several seconds,Then the fireplace will be in standby mode,when the
display lower right corner show the red light twinkle,then you can connect
with the fireplace. If connect succeed,the red light will be keep on . add
Your Electric Fireplace to the Tuya Smart App 5. Operate the Fireplace Settings with the Tuya Smart
App
Once you have completed the Tuya Smart app set up and added your fireplace to
your WiFi network, you can operate the fireplace through the Tuya Smart app.
With the Tuya Smart app, you can:
- Power the fireplace on and off
- Adjust the flame color and carbon bed color
- Adjust the flame intensity and speed,
- Turn the heat on or off and control heat setting
- Set the heat temperature
- Set the timer
- Set the child lock
- Choose your favor mode

INSTRUCTIONS
- SELECT A LOCATION THAT IS NOT PRONE TO MOISTURE AND IS LOCATED AT LEAST 36″ AWAY FROM COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALSSUCH AS CURTAINS, DRAPES, FURNITURE, BEDDING, PAPER, ETC.
- WITH GLASS PANEL REMOVED (SEE FOLLOWING SECTION FOR NSTRUCTIONS ON REMOVING GLASS PANEL), HAVE TWOPEOPLE HOLD THE FIREPLACE AGAINST THE WALL TO DETERMINE THE FINAL LOCATION.
- PLACE THE UNIT FACE DOWN ON A SOFT. NON-ABRASIVE SURFACE. REMOVE THE BRACKET FROM THE BACK OF THE UNIT BVREMOVING THE SCREWS HOLDING THE BRACKET TO THE BACK OF THE FIREPLACE.
Wall Mounted Installation – continued
Instructions
- Select a localion thal is nol prone to moisture and is ocated at east 36″ away from combuslible materials, such as curtains, drapes, furniture, bedding, paper, etc.
- With glass panel removed (see following section for ins1ructions on removir,g glass panel). have two people hold the fireplace against the wall to determine the final location.
- Place the unit face down on a soft, non-abrasive surface. Firstly remove each side different color screw , With glass panel removed,
- MARK LOCATION OF BRACKET ON WALL AND THEN MOUNT THE BRACKET TO THE WALL USING THE SUPPLIED SCREWS AND DRYWALL ANCHORS. THE HOOKS IN THE BRACKET MUST BE POINTED AWAY FROM THE WALL, UPWARD, AND LEVEL.USE 4 PCS DRYWALL ANCHORS AND 4 PCS LONG SCREW WE SUPPLIED FIX THE BRACKET ON THE WALL,THEN PUT THE FIREPLACE HANGING ON THE BRACKET,AND THEN ASSEMBLE THE GLASS SCREW (FIRST STEP REMOVE GLASS WHITE SCREW)
- Check the fireplace for stability, ensuring that the bracket will not pull free from the wall. Once satisfied, install crystal embers/fire log and reinstall glass panel.
FREE STANDING FEET ASSEMBLE WAY
Instructions
- Place the heater on a flat and clean location, take out the feet and screw from the box, assemble feet as following steps:
Choosing Installation Location
- Measure wall location to ensure that fireplace will fit on desired wall location.
- Minimum clearances (measurements taken from front of glass panel)
Recessed Installation
Due to many different finish materials used on walls, it is highly
recommended that you consult your local builder before you install this
fireplace in the wall.
Select a location that is not prone to moisture and is located at least 36”
away from combustible materials such as curtains, drapes, furniture, bedding.
To avoid the possibility of exposed insulation or vapor barrier coming in
contact with the fireplace, it is recommended that the walls of the fireplace
enclosure be “finished” (i.e. Sheetrock, drywall, etc.) as you would finish
any other outside wall of your home. This will ensure that clearance to
combustibles is maintained within the wall cavity.
Never install fireplace into load-bearing walls. When recessing fireplace in a
wall, recess into non-load bearing walls ONLY!
Instructions:
- Choose a location in the wall to install fireplace.
- Create opening in the wall that is no more than 14” larger than metal firebox portion of fireplace.
Select a ocation that is not
prone to moislure and is located at leas! 36″ away born oombustible materials
such as curtains, drapes, turni!ure, beddir,g, or other combuslible materials
Removing the Glass Panel
Remove the glass panel prior to installation. Please remove glass panel as
per instructions below:
1. Remove the screws on both sides(the different color screw) to remove the
front glass.2. ACCORDING TO THE
DIMENSIONS OF THE CORRESPONDING MODELS IN THE TABLE (A, B, MEANS DRILLING
SIZE, C, D, EMEANS HOLE SIZE), AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 1, DRILL 3 HOLES ON EACH
SIDE OF THE WOODEN FRAME, AND THEN FIX THE FIREPLACE TO THE FIREPLACE FRAME
WITH 6 DRYWALL ANCHORS AND SCREWS. THE OPERATION STEPS ARE AS SHOWN IN FIGURE
2 Installing the Crystal Embers and Driftwood Logs
- Firstly remove the glass(remove different color screw on both sides),Then take out crystal and wood logs, put them on ember bed, then assemble the glass on the machine(assemble the different color screw on both sides)
Care, Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning
ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet before
cleaning, performing maintenance, or moving the fireplace. Failure to do so
could result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
NEVER immerse in water or spray with water. Doing so could result in electric
shock, fire, or personal injury.
Metal:
Buff using a soft cloth, slightly dampened with citrus oil-based product. DO
NOT use brass polish or houschold cleaners, as these products will damage the
metal trim.
Glass:
Use a good quality glass cleaner sprayed onto a cloth or towel. Dry thoroughly
with a paper towel or lint-free cloth. NEVER use abrasive cleansers, liquid
sprays, or any cleaner that could scratch the surface.
Vents:
Use a vacuum or duster to remove dust and dirt from the heater and vent areas.
Plastic:
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and a mild solution of dish soap and
warm water.
NEVER use abrasive cleansers, liquid sprays, or any cleaner that could scratch
the surface.
Maintenance
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! DO NOT OPEN any panels. No user-serviceable parts
inside! ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet
before cleaning, performing maintenance, or moving the fireplace. Failure to
do so could result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
Electrical and Moving Parts:
The fan motors are lubricated at the factory and will not require lubrication.
Electrical components are integrated in the fireplace and are not serviceable
by the customer.
Storage:
Store fireplace in a clean, dry place when not in use.
