Type1 If your laser is in the form shown in the figure below, please
follow these steps to install the Z-axis height adjustment module.
Type 1
(1) Remove the original laser backplate and laser
2-1 2-2
(2) Rotate the handle to align hole positions 2-1 and 2-2 in the figure
above
(3) Fix laser and Z-axis height adjuster, M5*8/2pcs
(4) Assemble the combined Z-axis height adjuster and machine, M4*8/4pcs
Two Fixed Focus Modes
Fixed focus height 2.5mm Fixed focus height 10mm
Precautions
(1) In order to ensure that the machine does not shake during operation and is more stable, the Z-axis height adjuster restricts the laser from working as close to the height of the POM wheel as possible. So when using, the engraved surface needs to be raised to a suitable position.
(2) The Y-axis engraving format has been reduced by 20mm due to the addition of the Z-axis height adjuster. If a limit switch is required, the user needs to move it forward by 20mm.
Type 2 If your laser is in the form shown in the figure below, please
follow these steps to install the Z-axis height adjustment module.
Type 2
(1) Remove the laser slide rail and laser

(2) Rotate the handle to align the hole positions 2-1 and 2-2 in the
figure above
(3) Assemble laser slider and Z-axis height adjuster, M5*8 screw
4-1 4-2
(4) Adjust the handle to align the hole positions 4-1 and 4-2, M5*8 screw
(5) Fix Z-axis height adjuster and machine, M4*10 screws
(6) Assemble the laser
Type 3 If your laser is 20W or 30W, please follow these steps to
install the Z-axis height adjustment module.
Type 3
(1) Remove the laser and slide rail
(2) Assemble Z-axis height adjuster and machine, M4*6
(3) Install laser slider, M4*8/4pcs
(4) Assemble the laser
Precautions
