Button/Coin Battery Safety
INGESTION HAZARD:
This product contains a button cell or coin battery.

- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep them away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate them.
- Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.
- Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above 140°F or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage, or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
- Ensure the batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries, different brands or types of batteries, such as alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable batteries.
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for an extended period or time according to local regulations.
- Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.

Setup
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
Installation
- Select the location for the String Lights.
- Carefully unwind the String Lights and place in the desired location. Avoid any tripping hazard.
- Install batteries into the Battery Box accordingto proper polarity. Close both locks on box.
- Place the Battery Box in a secure location being sure its power cord is not strained. The Battery Box may be hung by its handle, if desired.
Operation

Pull the battery tab out of the Remote Control.
-
Point the top of the Remote Control at the String Lights and turn lights on by pressing the ON button.
Note: The Remote Control must have a direct line of sight to the Lights. -
Use the Remote Control to turn the String Lights on/off and select mode changes.

Turn off the String Lights by pressing the OFF button.
Battery Box
In addition to the Remote Control, the Battery Box may be used to control the
Lights. Pressthe Control Button to toggle the lights on and off, and cycle
through the modes
Maintenance and Servicing
Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by
a qualified technician. TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the
problem corrected before further use.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Lubrication
- BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for:
- loose hardware,
- misalignment or binding of parts,
- cracked or broken parts, and
- any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
- PERIODICALLY, clean Lights, Battery Box, and Remote Control using a mild, nonabrasive cleaner and a clean soft cloth
Remote Control Battery Replacement
- Remove the screw(s) and open the battery compartment.
- Remove the battery and dispose of it properly.
- Insert new battery in the correct polarity, close the compartment, and replace the screw(s).

with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation
of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies
the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we
may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly
provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our
expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted
