Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Precautions

1. Assemble needs to follow these instructions. Incorrect assembly can be a hazard.
2. Wear safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
4. Weight capacity and other product capabilities only apply to a properly and completely assembled product.
5. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
6. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

1. Lay a rack’s Side Frame on the floor and pipe A is overlapped with pipe B.
2. Lay a rack’s Side Frame on the floor and attach the Square Cross Bars into the holes.
3. Attach the U Washers from underneath, insert the Hex Bolts through them, and into the cross bars. Do not fully tighten the belts.

Step 2

1. Align and place the other Side Frame onto the end of the cross bars (Figure 2.1).
2. Insert the rest 4 Hex Bolts with the U Washers.

Step 3

1. Insert the 4 Casters into the bottom ends of the side frames. Make sure the holes in the casters line up with the holes in the frame (Figure 3.1).
2. Align and attach the Square Cross Bars between the side frames at the bottom. Insert the Hex Bolts through the frame and into the end of the cross bars.

Step 4

1. Lift and place the rack upright, check the balance, and tighten all bolts to complete the assembly.

Cleaning

For cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp (not wet) cloth or wipe dry with a clean lint-free cotton cloth.

USE PRECAUTIONS

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1

• 1.1) Lay a rack’s Side Frame on the floor and and pipe A is overlapped with pipe B.
• 1.2 ) Lay a rack’s Side Frame on the floor and attach the Square Cross Bars into the holes.
• 1.3) Attach the “U” Washers from underneath, insert the Hex Bolts through them, and into the cross bars. Do not fully tighten the bolts.

STEP 2

• 2.1) Align and place the other Side Frame onto the end of the cross bars (Figure 2.1)
• 2.2) Insert the rest 4 Hex Bolts with the “U” Washers.

STEP 3

• 3.1) Insert the 4 Casters into the bottom ends of the side frames. Make sure the holes in the casters line up with the holes in the frame (Figure 3.1)
• 3.2) Align and attach the Square Cross Bars between the side frames at the bottom. Insert the Hex Bolts through the frame and into end of the cross bars.

STEP 4
