Before Use

Operation

• Make sure the ingredients do not exceed the 600 ml mark on the surface of the blending container.

• The appliance can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must not play with the device.
• Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the device rating label and that the plug is earthed.
• Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other non-removable part of the device in water or any other liquid or expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the device.
• Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the cable is damaged, it must be repaired by the official Cecotec Technical Support Service to avoid any type of danger.
• Do not use the product outdoors, close to electric plates, gas, flames, or inside an oven.
• Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable.
• Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow the cable to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the working surface or worktop.
• Do not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and make sure it is unplugged before disassembling the appliance or handling its blade.
• Do not use the hand blender with hot food.
• Do not insert utensils into the product during operation to reduce the risk of splashing or injury. Please handle it with care.

NOTE
The whisk, the chopper container and its blades are only included with the model “Power Neutron 1100MAX Cream&Crush”. Any point explained in this manual in which reference is made to these accessories is only valid for that model.

BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good condition. If there is any piece missing or in bad condition, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

Power Neutron 1100MAX Cream &Crush

OPERATION

Blender use
The hand blender is perfectly suitable for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby food, as well as for mixing and preparing milkshakes. To use it, follow the instructions below:

1. Insert the blending arm into its body and turn it clockwise to attach it to the motor unit. Fig. 2
2. Plug the power cord into the outlet. Press the high or low-speed button to switch on the blender. When pressing the low-speed button, you can turn the speed knob to adjust it.
3. Put the ingredients in the measuring cup. To avoid splashing, immerse the blade protection completely in the ingredients. Fig. 3
4. Press the low or high-speed button to switch on the appliance.
5. Slowly move the appliance up and down and in circles to mix the ingredients. Fig. 4

Using the chopper (only in model “Cream &Crush”)
The chopper is designed to chop hard foods such as nuts, meat, onions, cured cheese, hardboiled eggs, garlic, spices, stale bread, etc. (maximum capacity of the chopper bowl: 250 g).
CAUTION: do not chop extremely hard foods. The blades are very sharp! Use extreme care when handling the blade unit.

1. Place the blade unit in the chopper bowl, pressing downwards.
2. Place the ingredients in the chopper container. Pieces of solid ingredients should not exceed 2 cm.
3. Place the chopper coupling in the container.  Fig. 5
4. Attach the motor unit to the chopper container, having removed the arm before. Fig. 6
5. Press the low or high-speed button to switch on the appliance. Fig. 7

Using the balloon whisk (only in model “Cream &Crush”)
The balloon whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing dough for sponge cakes and ready-mix desserts.

1. Insert the whisk firmly into the balloon whisk coupling system.
2. Connect the coupling system to the motor unit. Fig. 8
3. Press the low-speed button to turn the hand blender on, and press the high-speed button after 30 seconds to avoid splashing the ingredients. Fig. 9

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Before cleaning the device, unplug it and remove the accessories.
2. Clean the motor unit, chopper coupling system and balloon whisk coupling system with a damp cloth, do not immerse in water. The rest of the accessories can be washed in the dishwasher or manually.
3. If food is not easily removed from the blades or whisk, place a drop of dishwashing detergent in the measuring cup with water. Plug the cord into a power outlet. Immerse the blades or whisk and operate the appliance for about 10 seconds. Unplug the appliance, rinse it with water and dry it.
4. When the appliance is not to be used for a long period, keep it in a well-ventilated, dry place to prevent the motor from getting wet.

Please clean the blades carefully, they are very sharp.
