Product Usage Instructions

Preset Pressure Cooking:

  1. Lock the lid in place.
  2. Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Pressure Mode.
  3. Lock the lid again.
  4. Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Temperature Mode.
  5. Place the glass lid (optional).
  6. Select a pressurized cooking program.
  7. (Optional) Press the Adjust button to select the desired cook time.
  8. Press the Manual button.
  9. Press the Cook Time and/or Pressure/Temp button(s) twice.
  10. Press the Manual button twice.
  11. Press the Cook Time and/or Pressure/Temp button(s) again.

Heating Milk:

  1. Lock the lid in place.
  2. Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Pressure Mode.
  3. Lock the lid again.
  4. Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Temperature Mode.
  5. Press the Yogurt button.
  6. Press the Adjust button once to select Boil.
  7. Press the On/Start button.

Yogurt Incubation:

  1. Lock the lid in place.
  2. Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Pressure Mode.
  3. Lock the lid again.
  4. Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Temperature Mode.
  5. Press the Yogurt button.
  6. Press the On/Start button.

Hot Pot:

  1. Place the glass lid (optional).
  2. Press the Slow Cook button.
  3. Press the On/Start button.

Pasta/Boil:

  1. Place the glass lid (optional).
  2. Press the Pasta/Boil button.
  3. (Optional) Press the Adjust button to select temperature.
  4. Press the On/Start button.
