Product Usage Instructions
Preset Pressure Cooking:
- Lock the lid in place.
- Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Pressure Mode.
- Lock the lid again.
- Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Temperature Mode.
- Place the glass lid (optional).
- Select a pressurized cooking program.
- (Optional) Press the Adjust button to select the desired cook time.
- Press the Manual button.
- Press the Cook Time and/or Pressure/Temp button(s) twice.
- Press the Manual button twice.
- Press the Cook Time and/or Pressure/Temp button(s) again.
Heating Milk:
- Lock the lid in place.
- Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Pressure Mode.
- Lock the lid again.
- Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Temperature Mode.
- Press the Yogurt button.
- Press the Adjust button once to select Boil.
- Press the On/Start button.
Yogurt Incubation:
- Lock the lid in place.
- Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Pressure Mode.
- Lock the lid again.
- Turn the pressure cooker to Manual Temperature Mode.
- Press the Yogurt button.
- Press the On/Start button.
Hot Pot:
- Place the glass lid (optional).
- Press the Slow Cook button.
- Press the On/Start button.
Pasta/Boil:
- Place the glass lid (optional).
- Press the Pasta/Boil button.
- (Optional) Press the Adjust button to select temperature.
- Press the On/Start button.
