**** Read carefully and consider all instructions before and during the assembly and keep this product guide for future reference. To move the rack, remove the materials and
equipments put inside or on the top panel and shelves, decreasing weight and preventing damage to the product. Irregular and unleveled floors can leave the rack to instability and out of to square, which can damage the feet and maybe cause deformation, distortion and others problems in the product parts. Make surre the leveling and regularity of the surface on which the rack will be installed, ensuring accurancy and appropriateness of functionality and usage and maintaining warranty conditions. Don’t expose the product to direct sunlight and humidity.
For cleaning, use dry or slightly humid cloth. Don’t use chemicals and abrasive products.
Never use any part of the rack as a seat or as a support or as a step to climb the furniture itself or the wall.
Maximum weights recommended, considering uniform distribution over the surface of the parts: 20kg on the base; 15 kg on the shelf; and 25 kg on the top panel.

ACCESSORY AND BOLTS

IMPORTANT! Check the measures of the bolts on the scale or with a measuring tape before applying them in parts.

STEP 1
PREPARING THE FEET (20) WITH THE STRUCTURAL BARS (21):

• Fix the feet (20) in the structural bars (21) with dowels (A) and bolts 5,5 x 55mm (O).
• Fix the brackets (F) with bolts (E) in the Structural Bars (21), as shown in the drawing.
• Apply the adhesive covers (J) and the protective felts (N) in the Feet (20).

STEP 2
FIXING THE BASE (01) ON THE FEET (20) AND ON THE STRUCTURAL BARS (21)

• Fix the Base (01) on the feet 20) with bolts 5,5 x 55mm (O), as shown in the drawing.
• Apply the plastic cover (M) on the bolts (O).
• Fix the Structural Bars (21) in the Base (01) applying bolts (E) in the metal brackets (F).

STEP 3
FIXING THE LOWER RIGHT DIVISIONS (10) LEFT (11) TO THE BASE (01):

• Fix the runners (22) on the lower right divider (10) and lower left divider (11) with the 4.0 X 14mm screws (K).
• Apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels in the lower right (10) and left (11) Dividers, fit the dowels of the partitions in the holes in the base (01). \
• Fix the lower right divider (10) and lower left divider (11) to the base (01) with screws 5.0 X 50mm (G).

STEP 4
FIXING THE UPPER RIGHT DIVISIONS (06), LEFT (07) AND CENTRAL DIVISION (09) ON THE SHELF (08):

• Apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels on the Shelf (08) and Central Divider (09), fit the Divider (09) and the upper right (06) and left (07) dividers in the holes of the Shelf (08)
  as in the drawing.

• Fix the upper right dividers (06), upper left divider (07) and central divider (09) ) on the Shelf (08) with 5.0 x 50mm screws (G)

STEP 5

FIXING THE SIDE (02) AND (03) AND UPPER DIVISIONS ON THE TOP (04):

• Apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels on the sides of the Top (04), on the upper part of the upper right (06), left partitions (07) and Central partition, and apply simple Minifix screws (B) on the Sides (02) and (03) and on the bottom of the Top (04).

• Fit the Sides (02) and (03) on the sides of the Top (04), and the upper Partitions (06), (07) and (09) on the bottom of the Top (04) as indicated in the drawing.

• Finish the fixing by applying the Minifix drums (C) to the bottom of the Top (04) and to the sides of the upper Partitions (06 ), (07) and (09), fitting them to the Minifix
  screws (B), as indicated in the drawing.

• Apply the Hole Cover Adhesives (D) on the lower part of the Top (04) and on the sides of the upper Partitions (06), (07) and (09), as indicated in the drawing.

STEP 6

FIXING THE UPPER REAR FRAME (05) ON THE TOP (04) AND ON THE SIDE (02) AND (03):

• Fix the upper rear frame (05) next to the Sides (02) and (03) and the Top (04) with metal plates (H) and screws (E), applying them in the indicated positions in the drawings.
• Finish fixing the Frame (05) to the Top (04) by applying the 3.5 x 35mm screws (P) indicated in the drawing.

STEP 7
FIXING THE SIDE (02) AND (03) ON THE BASE (01) AND THE DIVISIONS (10) AND (11) ON THE SHELF (08):

• Apply 6.0 x 30mm dowels (A) on the upper part of the lower right Partitions (10) and left (11) and at the bottom of the Sides (02) and (03), and apply a simple Minifix screw (B) at the bottom of the Shelf (08).
• Fit the sides (02) and (03) in the holes of the Base (01) and fix with 5.0 x 50mm screws (G), and the lower partitions (10) and (11) on the Shelf (08) fitting the screws Simple minifix (B) and 06 x 30mm pegs (A).
• Finish the fixing by applying the Minifix drums (C) on the sides of the lower partitions (10) and (11), fitting the Minifix screws (B), according to the drawing.
• Apply the Hole Cover Adhesives (D) on the sides of the lower Partitions (10) and (11), as indicated in the drawing.

STEP 8
FIXING THE BOTTOM (18):

• Fix the Bottom (18) with 10 x 10 nails (I).

STEP 9
ASSEMBLING THE DRAWER

• Fix the Front part (17) and the Rear Panel (12) in the Side Panels of the drawer (13) and (14) with dowels (A) and Minifix hardware (B+C). At the end, apply adhesive covers (D).
• Insert the Base of the drawer (19) into the channel in the Front of the drawer (17), as DETAIL 2, and align its edges with the Side Panels of the drawer (13) and (14).
• Check the alignment of the assembled drawer and apply the four indicated bolts 3.5 x 16mm (Q) to fix the Base (19) at the lower edge of the Rear Panel (12).
• Position the Slides (R) and fix them to the Sides (13) and (14) with 4.0 x 14mm screws (K), according to DETAIL 3.

STEP 10
IXING THE METALLIC CHOICES FOR HINGES (O) ON THE SIDE (02) AND (03):

• Fix the metallic shims for hinges (L) on the Sides (02) and (03) with screws 4 x 14mm. flat phs (K), as per DETAIL 4.

STEP 11
PREPARING THE DOORS (09) AND (10):

•  Fix the hinges (L) on the Door (15) and (16) with 4 x 14mm screws. flat phs (K).

STEP 12
INSTALLATION OF THE DOORS (09) AND (10):

•  Fit and fix the hinges (L) of the Doors (15) and (16 ) to the metal shims [already fixed to the Sides (02) and (03)] using the fixing screw and the adjusting screw of the
  hinges. If necessary, adjust the alignment of the Doors (15) and (16) through the adjusting screw of each hinge (see DETAIL 5).

• With the drawer already assembled, insert it fitting the metal slides (R) so that slide smoothly.
