Use

1. Prepare before use

1. Remove the water tray from the package and insert it into the card slot under the fuselage.
   When it needs to be removed, pull the water tray outward to remove it from the slot.2) Please clean the water tank before use, add direct drinking water and install it on the water dispenser according to the figure.
   Note: Do not add hot water or tap water.
   

2. Power on/turn on
   (3) Remove the dust cap of the spout, connect the power plug to 220V ~ household power supply, the water dispenser will emit a ”beep” tone, and all the indicator lights will be on for 1 second and then it will automatically enter standby child lock mode. 4) After the first power, the water dispenser needs to clean the pipeline. Please place a container of no less than 300ml under the water outlet and press the ” ” key when unlocked. Stop the water after about 250ml of normal temperature water, it can be  used normally.
   Note: It is not recommended to drink room temperature water discharged during automatic cleaning.
   

3. Unlock/open child lock
   By default, the water bottle automatically turns on or off the child lock function depending on the water temperature.
   a. Temperature; At 50C, the water dispenser does not have the child lock function by default. At this time, tap the “ ” key to turn on the child lock function.
   b. Temperature > At 50C, the water dispenser automatically opens the child lock function by default;
   c. When the child lock function is opened, the water temoerature and cup quantity can be adjusted, but only after touching the ” ” key can water be taken. If you need to turn off the function of automatically opening/closing the child lock according to the  water temperature, in the standby state of the child lock, long press the “ ”  key for 1.5 seconds, the buzzer will sound, and the automatic locK1ng function will be turned off according to the temperature; To enable this function again, press the “ ” key  for 1.5 seconds. The buzzer sounds, and the child lock icon ligfits up.

4. Automatic wake up function
   When the water dispenser is dormant, the cup is placed on the water tray and the water dispenser will wake up automatically.

5. Restore factory Settings
   In the unlocked state, hold down the ”  ” and « » keys for about 2 seconds at the same time. The screen displays 95 ° C, 250ml and boiling water. When you hear the beep, all Settings return to factory status.

6. Water temperature regulation
   Press ” 0 ” button, can be at room temperature, milk (45C), tea (75C), boiling water (95C) Cycle switch between four temperature gears.
   Tip: 1, normal temperature mode: the outlet temperature is the actual temperature of the water in the tank.
   2, milk mode: the default temperature is 45C. You can press the increase key(+) or decrease key(-) to adjust the adjustable range from 40 ° C to 90 ° C. Water temperature, short press 1C to increase or decrease the temperature, long press 5°( to adjust the  temperature.
   3. Tea brewing mode: The default temperature is 75°(. You can press the “+” or “-” key to adjust the water temperature, which can be adjusted from 40C to 90°.
   4, boiling water mode: default outlet temperature 95C.
   Note: Affected by altitude and other factors, the outlet temperature may be slightly wrong.

7. Cup size adjustment
   Press the ” ” button to cycle between 250ml, 500ml and 750ml cup gear.

8. Get water
   After selecting the mode and cup size, press the ” ” button to get water, and the dispenser will automatically dispense water according to the temperature and cup size displayed on the screen. When you hear the ”beep” sound, the water dispensing is  completed. In the water process, short press any key to manually stop the water. Stop the water will have a slight delay, is a normal phenomenon. The first time the power out of boiling water, the water dispenser will automatically carry out the boiling point  detection procedure, this time there may be steam continues to emerge, is a normal phenomenon. The water dispenser will automatically adjust the temperature of the boiling water block according to the actual altitude and other conditions.
   Tip: Please make sure that the water dispenser completes the automatic boiling point detection procedure without interruption in order to achieve the optimal boiling water temperature; if steam continues to come out of the water dispenser during the  detection process, you can directly press any button to set the current water temperature as the boiling point temperature and stop the water dispenser.
   Note: During the process of taking hot water and boiling water, affected by the altitude and other factors, the water dispenser spout may have steam, which is normal. Please pay attention to the high temperature, beware of scalding.

9. Manually adjust the boiling point
   The water dispenser can adjust the boiling point according to the altitude to avoid excessive steam causing abnormal operation. In unlocked standby mode, press and hold ”  ” and ” ” at the same time to enter the boiling point adjustment mode. The  ”Boiling Water” indicator will keep flashing and the screen will display 95/83/85/89/81/93C cyclically. Short press ”  ” to select boiling point temperature. Click other buttons to exit the boiling point adjustment mode.

10. Water shortage alarm
    Under the water intake state, when the water tank is short of water, the drinking water machine will automatically stop working, the screen displays the ” ! ” indicator light blinking for 4 times, and the water shortage prompt sound of ”deep” is issued, at  this time, please timely water supply. In the state of water shortage, the drinking machine will enter the locked state without any operation within 30 seconds.

11. Self-cleaning
    After every 500 cups of water is filled, the cleaning indicator blinks and then goes on, indicating that the user needs to clean the water dispenser itself. Unlock In standby mode, press “ “and” ”at the same time for 1.5 seconds to enter the cleaning  mode. The cleaning indicator is steady on, the “%” indicator is steady on, the display continues to update the cleaning progress 0-99, when the water dispenzer is full of 2L water, the display displays “99%”, and the self-cleaning operation is completed. In  the process of self-cleaning, you can press any key to pause the program, and then press the ”water” key to continue or press any other key to exit.
    Note: In case of water shortage alarm during the self-cleaning process, please fill the water tank with water and press the ” ” key to continue.

Maintenance and care

• If the unit is not used for a long time, unplug it from the power supply and pour out the remaining water in the tank. Before using again, please take 500ml of boiling water and pour it out;
• The water tray (removable) and water tank can be washed in water and dried with a soft cloth;
• The water in the water tank should not be stored for more than 48 hours. Please clean the water tank regularly to keep it clean;
• Do not place the water dispenser under direct sunlight or strong light, and keep it away from fire and high temperature objects;
• If there is a possibility of children and pets touching the water dispenser, it is recommended that the child lock function be set to on to ensure the safe use of the water dispenser;
• Please use pure water, if you use tap water or poor water quality water source, there will be a small amount of water, clogging, scaling and other phenomena, and may lead to shorten the service life of the water dispenser.

Precations

• Please place the water dispenser on a stable countertop and do not leave it while in use;
• Use the power socket correctly and disconnect the power supply during maintenance and transport;
• Do not flush the main unit of the water dispenser with water, and avoid using it in high temperature and humid places;
• Do not allow young children to touch, approach or operate the water dispenser;
• If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance department or a professional from a similar department;
• Do not add water beyond the upper water level line;
• Do not add hot water, ice cubes, other mixed liquids such as milk, fruit juices, etc;
• Please use the socket with grounding wire rated at 1 OA or above separately and avoid sharing the socket with other electrical appliances as this may cause fire due to abnormalities;
• Do not use wet hands to unplug the plug, which may cause fire, electric shock or short circuit.
• Do not use voltages other than 220V AC to avoid fire or electric shock.

Fault Code

please contact the after-sales service.
E2| Heating temperature anomaly| Please make sure the water temperature in the water tank is lower than 45°C, after re-energising, put out about 100mL of room temperature water to cool down, the fault will be solved automatically.
E3| The inlet water temperature is too low| Move the water dispenser to the room temperature > 5 °C environment for about 30 minutes, the fault is automatically lifted.
E4| Heating anomaly| Re-energise the water dispenser, if the fault is not solved, please contact the after-sales service.
