6006477KD Mat Transport And Wash Cart
Thank you for purchasing the Lavex Mat Transport and Wash Cart. This product is designed to speed up handling, cleaning, and drying of commercial floor matting in industrial and food service environments. It is designed to hold up to (20) 7/8″ mats, or even more if the mats are less than 7/8″ thick.

NEVER:
- Allow anyone to climb on or ride this equipment.
- Use this product to transport any product other than floor mats recommended by manufacturer.
- Use this equipment for any purpose other than transporting, cleaning, and drying floor matting.
- Use this product unless all nuts and bolt assemblies are securely tightened.
- Operate when any parts are broken, damaged, or missing.
Note: Periodically check all nuts and bolts to make sure they are securely tightened and re-tighten with the appropriate tools as necessary.

REQUIRED TOOLS
(2) Open-ended 13 mm wrenches
Note: for faster assembly, we recommend the use of ratchet wrenches with
13 mm sockets.
Except caster assemblies, DO NOT tighten any bolt/nut assemblies until all
hardware has been assembled.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Exploded View
STEP 1
- Line up caster (B) plate flush against bottom of base carriage (A), making sure all four pre-drilled holes of caster (B) plate line up with holes on base (A). Insert 4 bolts (F) through (B) caster plate and secure with 4 lock washers (H) and 4 nuts (G). Securely tighten at this time. Repeat with three remaining caster assemblies.
STEP 2
- Line up one upright support (C), making sure predrilled holes on flange line up with holes on top of base carriage (A). IMPORTANT: Make sure that brace mounting tabs face inward as shown in drawing (Fig. 2). lnsert 2 bolts (F) from top and hand secure (hand tighten only at this time) with lock washers (H) and nuts G). Repeat for other side.
STEP 3
- Align one bottom brace (D) against pre-drilled holes on upright support (C) tab (make sure to install on outward side of tabs as mentioned in fig 3). Insert 4 bolts (F) from the outside and secure (hand tighten only at this time) with lock washers (H) and nuts (G).
Repeat on other side.
STEP 4
- Install two top braces with mounting rods (E) using the same procedure as with bottom brace, making sure that mounting rods face outward and are angled up. Hand tighten only at this time.
STEP 5
- Prior to tightening all nuts and bolts, make sure that the upright supports (C) are at a right angle (straight up and down) to the base carriage (A). Once you have positioned the upright supports, begin tightening the nut and bolt assemblies, starting with the braces (D & E), then finally the flanges of the upright support. Assembly complete.
