Product Information: Stationary Receiving Desk – 257RD2224

The Stationary Receiving Desk – 257RD2224 is a desk designed for use in receiving areas. It comes with a drawer box, a shelf, a top cover plate, and a top storage compartment. The desk is made up of two side underframes, two top horizontal tubes, and several screws and nuts for assembly. The desk also includes a lock for added security.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Unpack the desk and ensure that all parts are included.
2. Assemble the side underframes with the hex screws provided. Refer to figure 1 for guidance.
3. Attach the top horizontal tubes to the side underframes using the cross recessed pan head screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts provided. Refer to figure 2 for guidance.
4. Attach the shelf to the side underframes using the cross recessed pan head screws and flat washers provided.
5. Insert the drawer box into the desk and secure it with the lock provided.
6. Install the top cover plate and top storage compartment to the drawer box using M6 x 12mm cross recessed flat head screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts provided. Turn up the cover plate when installing the screws for convenient assembly. Refer to figures 5 & 6 for guidance.
7. Once the assembly is complete, ensure that all parts are securely attached and the desk is stable before use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Install the underframes and the shelf. Use 5/16–18″ x 11/2″ hexagon screws to install the top horizontal pipes and use 5/16–18″ x 11/2″ Hexagon screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts to fix the shelf. See figures 1 & 2.

Install the drawer box. Fix the box to the under frames with 1/4–20″ x 11/2″ cross recessed flat head screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts. See figures 3 & 4.

Install the top cover plate and the top storage compartment. Use M6 x 12mm cross recessed flat head screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts to fix the top cover plate and the top storage compartment to the drawer box. Turn up the cover plate when installing the screws for convenient assembly. See figures 5 & 6.
