Quick Start

Power button
Short press: wake up the screen, lock the screen.
Long press: long press for 2-3 seconds in power off mode to switch on the device. Long press for 2-3 seconds in normal operation mode to select power off or reboot. Long press for 11 seconds when system is frozen for automatic reboot. -
Volume button
Used for volume up or down. -
Bar code reader
Used for reading bar codes. -
IC card reader
Used for reading the chip information of a bank card. -

Easy Start-up
It only takes several steps to enable this smart commercial device.
- Press the power button to turn on the device, enter the initial boot-up interface, then follow the prompts. Wired network, Wi-Fi, and 4G (optional) are all available for this device.
- Wi-Fi setting
● Click “Setting” button, and then enable WLAN, enter WLAN search interface to wait for its searching and listing available WLAN hotspots;
● Click WLAN to be connected. If an encrypted network is selected, you are required to enter the access password to get connected.
How to download/use APP
You may open the App Store under the networking mode. Browse & download the
App and complete the installation.

You can go to Settings -> Apps to select the corresponding app to view its
detailed information.
For removing apps, you can go to Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps -> Uninstall
to remove the apps that you don’t need, or you can also long press the app and
drag it to the recycle bin to remove it.

Can provide data service and management function, and non-cash settlement is
available such as bank card swiping and code scanning, and also support
printing receipts.

Printing Instructions
This device supports 58mm or 80mm thermal paper with specifications of 57±0.5mm*Ø40mm or 79±0.5mm×Ø50mm;
- For 58mm printer, please open the paper container with the uncovering handle as shown in figure ①; For 80mm printer, please open the paper container with the latch as shown in figure ②. Please do not force open the paper container to avoid print head gear wear;
- Feed the paper correctly into the paper container in the direction as shown in figure ③, and pull some paper outside the cutter;
- Close the cover of the paper container to finish printing paper feeding, as shown in figur④.
Note: If the printed paper is blank, please check whether the paper roll has been installed in the correct direction.
Common Problems & Troubleshooting
Problems | Solutions |
---|---|
Device crashes | · Long press the power button for 11 seconds to power off the |
device, and then short press to reboot it.
Printer can’t work| · Check if the paper container cover is closed correctly;
· Check if there is a paper jam.
The printed paper is blank| · Check if the paper roll is installed in the
correct direction;
· Check if the correct thermal paper roll is used.
Blurry printed content| · Check if the thermal print head is dirty. If yes,
please use a cotton swab dampened with anhydrous alcohol to clean it;
· Please change the thermal paper with a higher quality one to avoid blurry
printed contents resulted from bad paper quality.

- Use the device in a clean and dust-free environment if possible to prevent small items from falling into the device;
