Charging the Battery
- Ensure that the Mini Buddy is switched off before charging.
- Connect one end of the USB power cable to the charging port of the Mini Buddy.
- Connect the other end of the USB power cable to your PC or USB mains adaptor.
- The battery will start charging automatically.
Using the Speaker
- Plug the 3.5mm cable attached to the Mini Buddy into the 3.5mm socket of your device.
- Switch on the speaker.
- Use your connected device to play music/video and control the volume level.
Buddy Pairing
- If you have more than one Mini Buddy speaker, you can pair them together for greater sound. Follow the instructions provided with your Mini Buddy speakers to pair them.
Care and Maintenance
- To keep your Mini Buddy speaker in optimal condition, follow these care and maintenance guidelines:
- Wipe the unit with a soft dry dust cloth.
- Do not use any wax, spray polish, or abrasive cleaners on the speaker.
- Avoid allowing any water or other liquids to get inside the unit while cleaning.

Before charging, make sure that the Mini Buddy is switched off.
Connect one end of the USB power cable to the charging port of the Mini Buddy and connect the other end to your PC or USB mains adaptor.
The battery will start charging automatically.

Note:

Plug the 3.5 mm cable that is attached to the Mini Buddy into the 3.5 mm socket of your device
Switch on the speaker
Use your connected device to play music/video and to control the volume level.

Buddy pairing

If you have more than one Mini Buddy speaker, you can pair them together for greater sound.

To do this:

Connect the 3.5 mm cable from one Mini Buddy speaker to the 3.5 mm socket on another Mini Buddy speaker. This can be repeated as many times as you like
Connect the remaining 3.5 mm cable to your device to play your music/videos through all connected Mini Buddies.

Your device will have an internal amplifier and if it is playing digital files like MP3 it will also have an integrated DAC (Digital Audio Converter).
If you turn the volume up to 100%, your device will send a distorted signal.
To avoid this and get the best quality from the speaker, we recommend you do not run your device any higher than 95% volume.
Some devices output higher than others so you may need to reduce the volume if you experience distortion.

Caution: Never allow any water or other liquids to get inside the unit while cleaning.
