GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SAFE USE
- WARNING! This product is intended as an aid. Do not use it as a medical monitor or a substitute for responsible and proper adult supervision.
- Never leave your baby alone at your home. Always make sure there is someone present to look after the baby and take care of its needs.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- The product is not a toy. Do not let Your children to play with it!
- Use this product only as intended and described in this manual. Do not place any accessories, which aren’t approved by the manufacturer and do not make any improvements or changes on the product, as this may lead to its improper work or damage.
- WARNING! The camera supply cord must be plugged into a wall outlet farthest from your baby. Place the camera as far away as possible from your baby. Cables are potential choking hazard. They should be placed out of the reach of children (at least 1 meter away).
- Do not put or install the device in or above the baby crib/ play yard.
- The camera should be at least 1 meter away from your child in order to ensure that the microphone can pick up the child’s sound.
- If you attach the baby camera on a table or on a low cabinet, do not let the power cord to hang over the edge of the table or worktop. People can stumble into the cables.
- The antenna of the camera is fixed. Do not try to pull it.
- Do not try to modify the product, to repair it by yourself when damaged or to replace any of the parts with such that are not provided from the manufacturer/ importer.
- Do not immerse any of the baby camera, the power cord or any of the product’s parts into water or other liquid.
- Do not reach after appliance that has fallen into water. If such accident occurs, you should unplug the supply cord, if it has been connected to the mains power outlet.
- Do not place the device where water or any other liquid can drip or splash onto it.
- Never use the baby monitor in moist places or close to water.
- Do not use the product in highly polluted area. This could shorten the life of the device.
- Do not put any objects on top of the baby monitor and do not cover it.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Before plugging the power cord into a mains outlet, make sure that the voltage indicated on the adapter correspondsto the local power supply.
- The supply cord should be attached to mains power outlet with the following ecifications: AC100 – 240V/ 50-60Hz.
- Take care not to spill food, water or any other liquid on the power cord.
- Do not cut/ modify the adapter’s parts as this causes a hazardous situation.
- Use only the power cord, supplied by the manufacturer/importer.
- Do not use the adapter if any cord or plug is damaged.
- To avoid injury replace the damaged adapter with original new one.
- Do not open the housing of the baby monitor to prevent an electric shock.
- Do not use the device if it is not working normally, if it is damaged or has been dropped in water. Contact the shop from which you bought the product or the importer, in order to remove the damage.
- Do not disassemble or repair the device at home. This is done only by an authorised service centre or directly by the importer.
- Do not try to modify the baby camera/ supply cord or repair it by yourself when damaged. Contact an authorized service center or the shop, from which you bought the product.
- Do not use spare parts, which are not original ones, supplied by the manufacturers or the importer.
- Do not store the camera or its power cord near direct heat sources – open fires, heaters or cookers.
- WARNING:
- Use and store the device at temperatures between 10°C and 40°C.
- Do not expose the baby camera at too low or too high temperatures or at direct sunlight.
- The video connection is made via internet network and it is secure and reliable according the current standards. We advice you changing the standard password with your own. It will provide you better safety of your personal data.
- The product is with slot for memory card (TF card). WARNING! DO NOT insert the card in the presence of children. The card is small and can be swallowed by a child.
- Do not use sharp objects or aggressive cleansers to clean the appliance.
- Warning! Choking risk! Keep the packaging away from children. Do not allow children to play with the packaging as they contain small parts. Ingestion may cause suffocation. Nylon packaging can cause suffocation. Do not unpack the product in the presence of children under the age of 3.

The set includes bolts/screws to fix the camera to a desk/ wall and Needle for reset.
ADAPTER (POWER CORD)
Input: AC100-240V/ 50-60Hz 0.3A ; Output: DC5V 1.5A
The AC Adaptor is low voltage power source. Connect the AC Adaptor to Camera.
Afterwards plug into mains electrical outlet in your home. The plug is used to
connect device with the mains grid, the device shall remain easily reachable.
CAUTION: The adaptor is made with a specific design for this product. It
cannot be used with any other appliance. Never use a different type of adaptor
with this Baby Monitor, which is not supplied by the manufacturer/ importer.

BEFORE SET-UP AND USE OF THE PRODUCT
- 1.Before setting up the product check:
- If you have access to the Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi).
- If you are close near to the Wi-Fi router, to gain a better Wi-Fi signal.
- If you use Wi-Fi repeater, make sure that your router and the Wi-Fi repeater have the same SSID and that you use the same password for the router and repeater.
- You have the password at your hand. Always connect the baby camera to a secure network.
- Make sure that your smart device runs on iOS and Android.
- Download the YCC365 Plus app from App Store or Google Play.

CONNECTING TO THE CAMERA
Creating an account – See the figures on page 1:
- When you use this app for the first time, you need to use your e-mail address to register an account. The current version supports registration AND via your mobile phone number, but only in some countries. We recommend you to use your e-mail address in order to sign.
- Click on Sign Up to enter your e-mail and set the password. If you forget your password, you can reset it. Just click on Forgot password on the login page.
- Password should be at least 6 characters and not longer than 26 characters. It should be a combination of letters and numbers
- After you register, the app will send you a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. Open your e-mail account and follow the link from the e-mail of the app in order to confirm your registration.
- Return to the app to continue the process of connecting the camera to your mobile device.
Connecting and adding the camera/ device:
Note: The camera supports only 2.4G Wi-Fi. Before adding the device make sure that your router is with 2.4G Wi-Fi and your mobile device in connected to the 2.4G Wi-Fi network of your home. Make sure that the supply cord is connected to your camera and the mains electric outlet.
Scanning the QR code to add the camera – See the figures on page 1:
- Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network of your home. Open the YCC365 Plus app and log into your account.
- Click on: Add the device → Intelligent camera → Scan code to add.
- Another window will open. The camera will make sound and you will hear the following: Please, configure camera by scanning code or AP hotspot. Click on Next.
- A new window will open Connect to Wi-Fi. The name of your Wi-Fi network will be visible. Insert the password of your network.
- Click on Next. A new window with QR code will pop out. Point the screen of your mobile device towards lens of the camera in order to scan the code.
- When you hear a sound or see indicating light, click on button “When you hear a beep or a green light”.
- A new window will be opened – Device is under connecting, and the percentages will be counted until the complete connection of the camera with your mobile device and Wi-Fi network.
- If the connection is successful, a new window will pop out Addition is successful! Click on any of the buttons to choose the device name: Shop/ Bedroom/ Living room/ Entrance/ Office/ Meeting room.
- After choosing the name press on Start to experience. A new window will open with the video stream directly from the camera. You may need to refresh the page several times until the video is loaded.
Connecting via LAN network cable (applies only for devices with LAN port) – See the figures on page 2:
- Click on: Add the device → Intelligent camera → Addition by connecting to network cable.
- Make sure that the camera is connected to the power supply cord and the LAN cable. Scan the QR code, which is attached to the device.
- Wait until your mobile phone is connected to the camera. The connecting takes around 1 to 2 minutes. If it is successful, you will hear “Welcome to use camera”.
- A window with Addition is successful will pop up! Click on any of the buttons to choose the device name: Shop/ Bedroom/ Living room/ Entrance/ Office/ Meeting room.
Connecting via AP Hotspot – See the figures on page 3:
- Open the app.
- Press the plus icon to add the device.
- Press intelligent camera. Choose Addition of AP hotspot. Connect the power supply cord to the camera. Wait until there is a flashing light from the camera or you hear a sound. A window will open with Add the device, press Next on the bottom of the screen.
- If a window with tips doesn’t pop up, reset the camera. Find the reset button and hold it for 5 seconds at least. Then press the NEXT button on the window that will pop up.
- After that will open a window with Network setting. Click on Go to Setting.
- A next window will be open with different networks. Choose CLOUDCAM_XXXX. And choose the Wi-Fi network that will be with the same prefix and connect to it.
- After you connect successfully to this network, go back to the app and the button Next will be active. Click on it.
- Another window is opened with different networks. Choose your network and press on it. A new window will pop out, where you must enter the password of your network.
- Insert the password and press CONFIRM. A new window will open Device is under connecting and the percentages will be counted until the complete connection of the camera.
- If the connection is successful, window will pop out with Addition is successful. Choose a name of the device.
Connecting via Direct hot spot – See the figures on page 4:
- Open the app in log-in page. Press on Local login.
- A window will open with YCC365 Plus, and on the top right corner you will see a +. Press on it.
- AP networking device preview window will open. Press on Next.
- Network setting window will open. Press on Next.
- Choose to connect to network CLOUDCAM_XXXX. A window will pop up showing the connecting between your phone and the camera. Click on Next.
- AP networking device preview window will open with place to enter your device account and password. The account is admin, and the password is 12345. Press on Next.
- If the connecting is successful, Addition success will open. Choose a name of the device.

- The figures are just for your reference. The different devices have different functions, and the actual display interface will be different.
CAMERA USE
Video playback – See the figures on page 5: Press the icon for View playback in the bottom right corner to view the recorded videos. Press with cloud icon/ TF card in the upper right corner to choose to view the videos from the cloud storage or memory card.
Settings – See the figures on pages 5 and 6:
- Click on the settings icon. A menu with the different options will appear.
- Press on Device details and then device name to change the name of the camera. Here you can see and the other characteristics of the camera.
- From Device settings you can adjust the time zone, time and date on turning on or off of the camera. Also, how often to repeat this schedule. You can do that from the menu Device off at: Schedule 1 → Turn off at → Turn on at → Repeat.
- Another member of your family can connect to the camera. They must use the APP YCC365 Plus. Click on Private Share.
- The figures are just for your reference. The different cameras have different functions and options and the actual interface of the menu may differ from the figures in this manual.
Split screen to watch – only for multiple equipment under the same account – See the figures on page 6:
- Press on the icon for split screen in the upper right corner to view simultaneously the camera feed from multiple devices.
- Note: You can view more than 2 devices.
Open the camera feed on your computer – See the figure on page 6: Open the following website: ycc365plus.com. Log in using your account and password.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (TROUBLESHOOTING)

Can’t add the device:
-
Make sure the camera has been reset. Press the Reset button until you hear the prompting tone.
-
The device supports only 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi. If your Wi-Fi router is 5GHZ, switch to dual model 2.4/ 5GHZ.

Turn on the GPS service before adding the camera to your mobile device, if it is with Android. After installation is complete, you will be asked to turn on the GPS service, when you use the app for the first time. If you decide not to turn on the GPS, you will have to delete and reinstall the app again.

Confirm if the camera is connected to another account. There are 4 voice prompts during this process: (1) “Please, configure camera by scanning code or AP hot spot.”(2) Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password. After the device makes a beep sound, you will hear „Please, wait for Wi-Fi connecting“. (3) „Please, wait for internet connecting”. (4) „Internet connected, welcome to use cloud camera.”
- If you cannot proceed to the second step, check if your Wi-Fi channel is not hidden. The Wi-Fi must not be far away from the camera. If this way does not work, scan the QR code to add the camera.
- If you cannot proceed to the third step, reduce the number of the users of the Wi-Fi or delete the special characters of your Wi-Fi password.
- If you cannot proceed to the forth step, try again. If you keep facing the problem with adding the device, contact the shop, from which you bought the product.

Why does it have interval while the video is recording?
The size of the video file is limited. Once the size of the video is close to the critical value, the video file will be created and the next video will continue to be recorded. There is an interval but short one. -
Camera disconnected: Check the power and the internet connection. If everything is normal, restart the camera. If nothing happens, remove the camera from the app and add it again.

How to add another user with access to the camera? Open the homepage of the app, press the Settings icon and choose shared device. Add the e-mail address of the other user.

How many people can use the account simultaneously? There is no limit. But maximum up to 3 users can connect to the same device/ camera.

The TF card cannot be identified: Check if the TF card meets the requirements. When the Wi-Fi signal is not good, the card may not be identified as well.

After the Cloud service expires, the video recording timeline is blank:
- The video clip cannot be played if the Cloud service expired. This is in case there is no TF card in the camera, and the video cannot be recorded.
- If the TF card works always, but the video files expire, check the status via Check TF card state.
- If everything is normal with the card, but the videos are not recorded on it, format the TF card. If it still does not work, change it with new one. And try again.

Cannot read the Wi-Fi network name after connecting the iPhone:
- When connecting iOS or Android device to the camera, first you need to turn on the GPS of the device.
- Connect the iPhone device to the Wi-Fi network through the configuration and then add the camera. It will automatically read the network name.

Why I cannot switch to another account to configure the camera? The camera can be connected only to one account. If you want another account to be connected to the camera, use the Share option. If other accounts must configure the camera, remove the camera from your current account/ mobile phone.

How can I connect my camera to another Wi-Fi network? Two ways:
-
When you need to change to another Wi-Fi network, without moving the place, on which the camera is positioned: Parameter setting (Настройка на параметъра) >> Wi-Fi network (Wi-Fi мрежа) >> Select the Wi-Fi (изберете Wi-Fi).

When the camera is changed to another place and you cannot use the same Wi-Fi network. Try to reset the device and on the home page will show Device offline. Click „TROUBLESHOOT“, to connect Wi-Fi network again. Then press Parameter setting >> Network information >> Select Wi-Fi.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE GUIDELINES
After sales instructions:
- The product will be updated in real time. If there is update, you will not see the device in the app anymore. Visit the app’s official website for reference – https://www.ycc365plus.com/en.
- Introduction to the basic functions of the product are included in the user manual. The users must read the whole information carefully.
- If any problems occur when using the camera, contact the shop, from which you bought the camera.
- Any losses caused during the normal use, without following the manual, should be covered by the user.
- This manual is for a consumer product.
- Warning: If the manual is updated, the producer/ importer is not obliged to inform you. Dual video recording memory (TF card/ cloud storage) is supported by the video camera. To protect the safety of the video recordings, the users can choose multiple cloud video recording modes via service channels, choosing monthly/ yearly payment for storage.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Do not immerse the camera or its adapter into water and do not wash under running water.
- Do not use cleansing spray and liquid cleansers.
- Before cleaning the camera, you have to unplug the supply cord from the mains outlet.
- Clean the camera with a soft wet cloth. Then wipe it dry with soft dry cloth.
- Before turning on the device, check if it is dry.
- If you will not use the camera for a long time, store it and its supply cord in a cool and dry place.
- Warning! Children should not play with this product! Store it away from children reach.
- If the product is damaged and cannot be used anymore, do not throw it away with the household waste but hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment
- If you find any damage or missing/ broken parts, stop using the camera, until the damages are removed.
- Do not try to repair the product by yourself. Contact the shop, from which you bought the product.
