Q: How to use this humidifier?
A:
- Remove the foam from the base and place the purification unit in the upper water tank.
- Lift the tank off the base and fill it with water. Refit the tank back to the base.
- Place the top cover in the correct orientation and finish assembling the nozzle, making sure that the nozzle ticks during assembly to indicate correct installation.
- Insert the power plug into the wall outlet, turn on the on/off button on the screen and set the desired spray intensity.
Q: What’s the best type of water to use with this humidifier?
A: We highly recommend using distilled or demineralized water with our
humidifier. If using tap water with high levels of minerals, it can cause
mineral buildup in the base. If using water of other substances, clean the
unit frequently.
Q: Why is there no mist coming out?
A: Please check that the humidifier is installed correctly, e.g. the
purification unit and filter need to be placed in the upper water tank. If you
confirm that there is no problem, Please send your questions to us through the

problem.
Q: Why is the water leaking?
A:
- Please check that the humidifier is installed correctly.
- please check if there are foreign objects in the rubber ring and filter screen of the lower water tank. If there are foreign objects, please clean them according to the instruction. Remove the sponge before use.
Q: When filled with water, the water shortage light comes on. How do I fix
it?
A: Please lift the water tank and adjust the position of the water tank.
Q: Why is the mist small and not direct spray?
A: Please check if the nozzle is installed correctly, align the nozzle
with the top cover and press firmly, when you hear a ticking sound, it means
the installation is successful.
Q: How to use the aromatherapy box?
A: First press the aromatherapy box to make it pop out and then drop the
aromatherapy to the aromatherapy cotton, then close the aromatherapy box.
Note: Wipe gently with a damp cloth when cleaning and put the sponge and
cartridge back in humidifier.
Q: Can you sleep with this humidifier on?
A: Yes, If you set it to night mode, the next time you turn it on, you
need to turn night mode on then off again then all the buttons work great.
Q: How to clean the humidifier?
A: Clean the tank every 1-2 weeks and the base weekly. Unplug and water
the humidifier tank. We recommend using a soft brush or damp paper towel for
cleaning and using a mild detergent and warm water.
Q: What if I use the warm mist mode and the mist is not warm?
A：
- The 6L humidifier has a cool and warm mist function. Touch the warm mist key on the screen to start the humidifier’s warm mist function, 25 minutes after the mist becomes warm mist, the normal state of the cold mist mode.
- When you turn on the warm mist function for 30 minutes, you can feel the warmth when you put your palm on the mist outlet. We don’t have a very high fog temperature order to prevent the temperature from getting too high.
Q: How is the humidity set?
A: Select your desired humidity level by clicking on the humidity button. When Humidity reaches the specified humidity, our product releases a little bit of fog with the fog gear at 0. This is to prevent buyers from thinking that our product malfunctions without fogging.
