Specifications

Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off

To turn the product ON or OFF, simply push the power button.

Mode Selection

Press the MODE button to cycle through the available modes: TUNER (AM/FM), SAT, CD, AUX, and iPOD.

Mute

To mute the audio, press the MUTE button.

Reset

Press the RESET button to reset the settings of the product.

EQ/iX-BASS

Press the EQ/iX-BASS button to choose one of the predefined bass and treble curves. Hold the button to turn loudness ON/OFF.

Audio Menu

With each press of the AUDIO MENU button, you can choose from the following audio adjustment options: BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE (left to right), and FADER (front to back). Hold the button to access the SYSTEM MENU.

Station Store Buttons

To store the current channel playing, press and hold the respective station store button. Momentarily press the button to recall the stored channel. You can store up to 18 channels (6 channels per band FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2).

Tune

Press > to tune UP in frequency and press < to tune DOWN in frequency. Press and hold the button to activate auto search.

Band

To select a preset group, press the BAND button. You can choose from FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, or AM2. Each band has 6 channel memory locations.

AS/PS

Press the AS/PS button to scan through the currently stored presets. Hold the button to store the strongest broadcast stations in your area.

CD/MP3 Player Controls

These controls are specific to the CD/MP3 player feature of the product:

  • Mute: Press to mute audio.
  • Play/Pause: Press to play or pause the current audio.
  • Intro Scan: Press when CD is playing to play each track for 10 seconds in sequential order. Press again to select the current song.
  • Repeat: Press to repeat the current playing track. Press again to release the function.
  • Random Play (RDM): Press when CD is playing to play each track in random order. Press again for normal play.
  • Eject: Press to eject the CD.
  • Tune/Track: Press to tune to the next track. Press and hold to fast forward or rewind the current track playing.

VOL

Press (+) or (-) to navigate through various list selections.
Press MODE to select a specific option.

BAND/SEARCH

Press and hold the BAND/SEARCH button to enter iPod mode. Press again to access Playlist, Artist, Album, Genre, Song, or Composer consecutively. Press MODE to select the desired play.

CAT

Press (+) or (-) to change the category. Press MODE to select. Use TUN/TRK to select a channel within the chosen category. Press MODE to select.

Tuner

To tune the channel UP, press >>. Press and hold for auto search.

Q: How many channels can I store?

A: You can store up to 18 channels, with 6 channels per band (FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2).

Activating your SIRIUS® Subscription

Before you can listen to Sirius Satellite Radio, you must subscribe to the service.
If a prepaid subscription came with your radio, please inform the SIRIUS operator, who will then verify and activate your subscription.

  1. With the radio power ON, press the MODE button to enter Sirius Ready mode. After displaying the SIRIUS logo, the Receiver will update all the SIRIUS channels.
    NOTE: Don’t push any buttons or perform any operations until updating has been completed.

  2. Once updated and the SIRIUS channels are received, the display will change to “Call 1-888-539-SIRIUS to Subscribe” and will place you in SIRIUS Satellite Radio’s
    Preview Channel. Channel 184 is the SIRIUS preview channel. You will not be able to tune to any other Sirius Radio channels until you activate your subscription.

  3. You will need to access your Sirius ID, which is displayed on channel 000. Press the INFO button on the radio to enter Direct Tuning mode. Using the
    Tune Adjust UP/DN knob, select digits 000. Press the INFO button to enter your selection. This will display your unit’s unique 12-digit SIRIUS ID Number.

  4. Write the Sirius ID number down and have your credit card handy.

  5. Contact SIRIUS on the Internet: https://activate.siriusradio.com/
    Follow the prompts to activate your subscription. You can also call SIRIUS toll-free at: 1-888-539-SIRIUS (1-888-539-7474)
