Product Usage Instructions

Active the Earbuds

1. Remove the earbuds from the package and remove the blue color stickers on the earbuds.
2. Put the earbuds in the charging case to activate them and change them from warehousing mode to using mode.

Power ON
To power on the earbuds:

• Take the earbuds from the charging case, and they will turn on automatically.
• In the OFF state, press and hold the ‘touch area’ of the earbuds for 3 seconds. The earbuds will turn ON, and you will hear the prompt ‘power ON’.

Power OFF
There are 3 ways to turn off your earbuds:

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case, and they will turn off automatically.
2. Hold your finger on the touch area of the earbud for 4 seconds.
3. Turn off Bluetooth on your device, and the earbuds will turn off shortly.

Voice Assistant
To activate the voice assistant, touch the left or right earbuds two times gently.

Call

• Answer a call: Touch the left or right earbuds once gently.
• Hanging up: Touch the left or right earbuds once gently.
• Reject a call: Press and hold the left or right earbuds for 2 seconds.

Listen to Music

• Play/Pause: Touch the left or right earbuds once gently.
• Previous song: Touch the left earbuds 3 times gently.
• Next song: Touch the right earbuds 3 times gently.
• Volume+: Press and hold the touch area of the left earbud for 2 seconds.
• Volume-: Press and hold the touch area of the right earbud for 2 seconds.

Charging
To charge the earbuds:

• Put the earbuds into the charging case, and the earbuds will display a white light while charging.

To charge the charging case:

• Plug the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port of the charging case.
• Plug the other end into a USB wall charger or computer (DC 5V) that is powered on.

FAQ

What is the battery life of the earbuds?
The earbuds have a talk time of 3 hours and a music play time of 4 hours at 100% voice volume.

How long does it take to charge the earbuds?
The earbuds take approximately 1 hour to fully charge.

What is the transmission distance of the earbuds?
The earbuds have a transmission distance of 10m or more.

Are the earbuds waterproof?
The earbuds have an IPX4 waterproof rating.

UNPACKING

HOW TO CONNECTING

Active the earbuds from shipping & warehousing mode to normal mode

1. Remove earbuds from package, remove the blue color stickers on earbuds.
2. Put earbuds in charging case to active the earbuds changing from warehousing mode to using mode.

Power ON
Take the earbuds from charging case, the earbuds will turn on automatically. In the OFF state, press and hold the ‘touch area’ of the earbuds for 3 seconds, the earbuds will turn ON, and you can hear the prompt ‘power ON’.

Power OFF
There are 3 ways to turn your earbuds OFF

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case, and they will turn OFF automatically
2. Hold your finger on the touch area of the earbud for 4 seconds
3. Turn OFF bluetooth on your device, and the earbuds will turn OFF shortly.

BLUETOOTH MATCHING

1. Place earbuds in charging case, and make sure both earbud LEDs turn white.

2. Remove earbuds from charging case. This will automatically put them in pairing mode. (Note: only the left bud will flash white and green.)

3. Open your list of available Bluetooth devices and select “GUESS TWS”. Earbud LEDs will turn off when connected.
   Be sure to select “Pair” or “OK” when you see the Bluetooth pairing request.

4. Once the earbuds have been successfully paired with your device for the first time, they will automatically connect there after when removed from the case within the vicinity of the device.

Voice assistant
Touch the left or right earbuds two times gently.

Earbuds indicator

• Status Indicator light
• No pairing White and green lights fash quickly
• The earbuds are paired with each other Only left side earbud white and green lights fash quickly

Charging case indicator:

• Status Indicator light

• Charging  White light is ON, and fashing

• Earbuds charging
  When the the charging box is charging earbuds, the white indicate light on charging case will be ON, no fashing.

• Charging finishing When the charging box is fully charged, the white indicate light on charging case stop flashing, always ON. Then you take OFF the charging cable, the white indicate light will be OFF shortly.

• Power shortage Once charging case battery power lower than 3.1V, charging case white light flashing 3times quickly in 1S each 30S, until charging case battery no power anymore

Precautions

• Try to listen at low volume. Listening at high volume for an extended period may result in permanent damage to your hearing.
• The use of earbuds will impair you ability to hear other sounds. use caution while using your earbuds during any activity that requires your full attention.
• This package contains small parts that may be hazardous to children and should be kept out of reach of children. Children should use the earbuds under the supervision of adult.
• Do not overuse the earbuds or put them under heavy pressure.
• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid circumstance to avoid short circuit.
• Using your earbuds in a moist or dusty environment, or near a strong magnetic eld, may result in an internal circuit failure.
• Do not store your earbuds in an environment where the temperature is below -15°C or above +50°C.
• Do not charge the earbuds and the charging case in an environment where the temperature is below 0°C.
• Do not expose your earbuds or charging case to direct sunlight (such as on a window sill or on a car dashboard) for an extended period of time.
• Keep away from router or other high-frequency transmitting equipment to prevent interruption of signal receiving.
• To avoid damaging to your earbuds, do not disassemble or tamper with them, and do not insert any foreign matter into them.
• Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially non-professionals.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, or strike the product with hard objects to avoid damaging the internal circuit.
• Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product. Do not us sharp objects to scratch the surface.
