Product Information
The Wireless Earphones provide studio-quality sound and come with a touch button – MFB for easy control. The earphones have an indicator to show the status of the earphones and the charging case. The package includes a user manual, TWS Earphones, Type-C USB Charging Cable, Silicon Gel Tips (S/M/L), and a Quick Guide.

Product Usage Instructions
Charging for Earphones
Before using the earbuds for the first time or after extended periods of non- use, fully charge the battery for 1-2 hours. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case. The earbuds will charge automatically and the indicators on the earbuds will light up orange. The indicators on the charging case will flash white once. The indicators will turn off when the earbuds are fully charged.
Charging for Charging Case
To charge the charging case, connect it to a charger or a computer USB port using the provided charging cable. The indicators on the charging case will flash white while it is charging. When the charging case is fully charged, the indicators will stay lit white.
Note: If the charging case is out of battery, the earbuds will not turn on/off automatically when removed from or placed back into the charging case. In this case, you will need to turn the earbuds on/off manually.
First Use & Pairing
Auto Power-On & Pairing: Take the earbuds out of the charging case and they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
Manual Power-On & Pairing: Touch the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for 2 seconds on both earbuds to turn them on. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
Connecting via Bluetooth
To connect the earphones to a device via Bluetooth:
- Turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device.
- Search for and choose “GUESS TWS” to pair.
- Your device will show “Connected”.
- After connected, the indicator of the primary earbud will flash white and orange alternatively, and the indicator of the secondary earbud will be off.
Powering Off

Auto Power-Off: Put both earbuds into the charging case and they will automatically power off.
Manual Power-Off: To manually power off the earbuds, touch the MFB for 5 seconds on both earbuds. The earbuds will also automatically turn off if they are not paired for 10 minutes.
Wearing
To wear the earphones:
- Insert the earphones directed towards your ear canal.
- Twist gently until the earbuds fit comfortably and provide a better sound experience.

Resetting
If you have trouble connecting the earphones with your device, follow these steps:
- Make sure all devices have turned off Bluetooth function. Clean all the pairing records from the Bluetooth list if needed.
- Take the earphones out of the case and tap the flashing earphone 6 times quickly.
- The indicator will flash white 5 times quickly and a prompt sound will be activated.
- Follow the pairing steps as instructed.

CHARGING FOR EARPHONES
Fully charge the battery for 1-2 hours before using the earbuds for the first time, or when they have been unused for extended periods. Put the earbuds into the charging case, and they will charge automatically. The indicators of earbuds will be lit-on orange and the indicators of charging case flashes white once time. The indicators will be off the earbuds are fully charged
CHARGING FOR CHARGING CASE
- When the charging case is connected with charger (or computer USB port) by charging cable, the indicators of charging case will flash in white.
- When the charging case is fully charged, the indicators will be lit-on white.
NOTE:
When the charging case is out of battery, the earbuds will not turn on/off
automatically when removed from or placed back into the charging case. In this
case, turn the earbuds on/off manually.
FIRST USE & PAIRING
Auto Power-On & Pairing Take the earbuds out of charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on and enter into pairing mode.
Manual Power-On & Pairing Touch the MFB for 2 secs on both earbuds to turn on the earbuds. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
CONNECT
Turn on the deviceʼs Bluetooth setting. Search for and choose GUESS TWS to pair, your device will show “connected”. After connected, the indicator of primary earbud flashes white and orange alternatively and the indicator of secondary earbud will be off.
POWER – OFF
Auto Power – Off
Put L&R earbuds into charging case, the earbuds will automatically power off.
Manual Power – Off
- Touch the MFB for 5 secs on both earbuds to power off the earbuds.
- The earbuds will automatically turn off when without pairing for 10 mins.
WEARING
Insert the earphones directed towards your ear canal. Twist gently until the earbuds fit comfortably and get better sound experience.

If you have problem to connect the earphones with your device, donʼt worry about it, please follow the step as below :
- Make sure all devices have turned off bluetooth function. Clean all the pairing records from the Bluetooth list if need.
- Take the earphones out of the case, tap the flashing earphone by 6 times quickly. The indicator will flashes white for 5 times quickly, prompt sound will be active, then follow the pairing step as instruction.
