Product Usage Instructions
Assembling the Fixture
- Before starting, shut off the power at the circuit breaker.
- Remove the old fixture from its position.
- Refer to Figure 1.
- Take note that the drawing shown may not exactly match the product enclosed, but the installation instructions still apply.
Connecting the Wires
- Refer to Figure 2.
- Connect the electrical wires as follows:
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black house (hot) wire.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire.
- Secure all wire nuts and consider wrapping the connections with electrical tape.
- If your outlet box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s bare copper wire to it.
- Otherwise, attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the crossbar.
- Tuck the wire connections neatly into the wall junction box.
Completing the Installation
Your installation is now complete. Follow these steps:
- Return power to the junction box by switching on the circuit breaker.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is functioning properly.

ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE

Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove old fixture, including the single bar. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.

Attach the mounting screw part way into the side hole of the crook crossbar, and then lock it securely with hex nut until becoming. Attach the crossbar to the junction box using two box screws. The side of the crossbar marked “GND” must face out. The junction box is not included.

Follow wiring instructions carefully (see fig. 2).

Attach the back plate of the lamp body onto the junction box, align screws on a crossbar with mounting holes and lock it securely with the ball nuts.

Install the light bulb(Not included) by the fixture’s specifications.
NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! -
With silicone caulking compound, caulk completely around where back of cover meets with the wall surface to prevent water from seeping into the junction box.
CONNECTING THE WIRES
- Connect the electrical wires as follows. Connect the Black wire from the fixture to the black house (hot) Wire. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire. Make sure all wire nuts are secured. You may wrap the connections with electrical tape. If your outlet box has ground wires (green or bare copper) connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the crossbar.
- Tuck the wire connections neatly into the wall junction box.
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
