Usage Instructions

Inspection before Assembly
Since you build all tables upside down, please inspect table tops and playing surfaces right away before putting them together.

Tools Required
Electric Screwdrivers may be helpful during assembly; however, please set a low torque and use extreme caution. Power Tools should be set to low torque to avoid over-tightening.

  2. Some figures or drawings may not look exactly like your product. Please read and understand the text before beginning each assembly step.

DH 44109 PARTS LIST

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Find a clean, level place to begin the assembly of your Table Tennis Table. The table will be assembled upside down and then turned over. This is a heavy game and tuning it over will require at least two strong adults.

  2. Remove all of the parts from the box and verify that you have all of the listed parts as shown on the Parts List.
    Carefully cut or tear the four carton corners so that the bottom of the box can act as your work area.

  3. Place the Right Table Surface (#1) and Left Table Surface (#2) with the painted surface facing down on a flat surface.

  4. Connect using three Brackets (#9) using twelve Screws (#18). See Fig.1A.

  5. Repeat the above steps for another Table Surface.

  6. Attach the Safety Strap (#24) using three Screws (#18).

  7. Place one Curved Outer Leg (# 5) on the player end of the table half and one Curved Inner Leg (#6) on the center end of the table half, and then using the Leg Bracket (#19) attach legs to the table with twenty-four Screw (#18).
    NOTE : Make sure that the oval cut-out in the Leg Bracket are facing the center of the table for proper installation.

  8. Repeat the steps for the Curved Legs of the other table half.

  9. Attach one end of the Linkage Tube (#8) to the inside of the Curved Outer Leg (#5) using one Bolt (#3), two Washers (#4), one Spacer (#14) and one Nut (#13).

  10. Repeat the same for the other end of this Linkage Tube, only attaching it to the outside of the Curved Inner Leg (#6).

  11. Attach one end of the Linkage Tube with Stop Bracket (#7) to the inside of the Curved Outer Leg (#5) using one Bolt (#3), two Washers (#4), one Spacer (#14) and one Nut (#13).

  12. Repeat the same for the other end of this Linkage Tube, only attaching it to the outside of the Curved Inner Leg (#6).

  13. Next, attach the Lock Pin (#10) to the bottom of the table using four Screws (#18)

  14. Repeat the above steps for the other table half

  15. Place the Molded Protective Corners (#17) flush with table corner using twelve Screws (#18). See FIG.4A

  16. Place the End Apron (#22) between the Corners(#17) using four Screws (#18) per End Apron. See FIG.4

  17. Place the Side Apron (#23) and Storage Bag (#30) flush with table edge at the side of the table using four Screws (#18) per Side Apron. See FIG.4.
    NOTE : Make sure the all Aprons are inside the Molded Protective Corners.

  18. Place the Wheel(#25) into the Curved Inner Legs.

  19. With the logo upside-down, attach the Plastic Leg Panel (#21) to the Curved Inner Leg (#6) using two Bolts (#11) and two Washers (#4). NOTE: Do not tighten securely at this time.

  20. Repeat the above steps for the other side of this table half.

  21. Place the Short Side Apron (#34) flush with the table edge at the side of the table using four Screws (#18). See FIG.5.

  22. Before turning the table over, make sure to push the Curved Inner Leg (#6) towards the center of the table in order to engage the stop. NOTE: Two adults are required to turn this table over

  23. One person should stand at each center of the table and turn the table over completely so that it rests on its legs.

  24. Standing at the sides of the table, place the two table halves so they are inches apart.
    NOTE : Be careful that you do not push either half backwards as this may cause the legs to fold!

  25. Attach the Plastic Leg Panel and Frame (#21) to the opposite table half using two Bolts (#11) and two Washers (#4).See FIG. 6. Now go back and tighten all the connections. Caution :
    Two strong adults are recommended to turn the table over as shown.

  26. Attach the Net Post A & B (#16 & #31) at the middle of the table and slide the net over the post. Stretch the Net (#15) across the center of the table and slip the net over the post on the opposite side. See FIG. 7.

  27. Place the Control Box (#37) at a player’s left corner and install it between the Apron Corner and Short Side Apron (#34) using two Screws (#18). See FIG. 7A.

  28. Place the Electronic Scorer (#28) onto the Net Post – B(#31) . See FIG. 7.

  29. From underneath the table, insert the Connecting Wire (#29) into the Electronic Scorer (#28) and the Control Box (#37).
    See FIG. 7B.

  30. Peel the wax paper off the Double Side Tape (#32) and attach it to the Connecting Wire (#29) at the underside of the table. See FIG. 7C

  31. Engage the Caster (wheels ) Lock

  32. Folding the table – First fold the side of the table without the net clip. Hold the end securely and lift the table.
    Make sure the Lock Pin (#10) is locked. Attach the Safety Strap (#24) to prevent the sides from falling.
    Repeat for the other side.

  33. To unfold the table – First release the Lock Pin (#10) and Safety Strap (#24). Then pull the bottom of the large leg and slowly lower the table to the floor.

Batteries Replacement Instructions

Step 1: Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw

Step 2: Use the provided key to pull the battery box out.

Step 3 : Pull out the battery box, and place four AAA batteries into the box as shown in the right figure below.
Note : Make sure to put all the batteries in the right way inside the box. Step 4: After having placed the batteries, push the box back inside the device.

Step 5: Use the screw to tighten the cover of the box.

SCORER OPERATION

  1. Remove the battery cover and insert four AAA batteries into the battery box. AAA Batteries are not included.
  2. Tum on the scorer by pressing the “ON/OFF” button, thereby starting the game. Both screens will show a flashing “11”.
  3. Press HOME “+” or VISITOR “+” to select the player who will start the game first. If “HOME” is selected for the first player, the HOME Serve ” < ” indicator will light up. If “VISITOR” is selected instead; the VISITOR Server “4 ” indicator will light up. Now, both score indicators will show “00”.
  4. When the “HOME” or ‘VISITOR” player scores a point, press the Home or Visitor “+” button to record the point. You can also press the Home or Visitor “-” button to deduct a point.
  5. The first player to reach 1 1 point wins the game, and the winner’s indicator will then flash for 3() seconds.
  6. When both players have 10 points, the game has to be continued until one of the players wins by a margin of 2 points. The Serve indicator will also automatically choose a player to serve the ball.
  7. At the beginning of the next game, the indicator will flash for 30 seconds, during which you can press HOME “+” or VISITOR “+” to select which player will serve the first ball. If you do not select a player by pressing any “+” button, the scorer will automatically turn back to the beginning status indicated in Step 2.

Note:

  • a) You can press and hold the “RESET” button for 3 seconds at any time, to set the scorer back to the beginning status indicated in Step 2.
  • b) You can press and hold the “ON/OFF” button for 3 seconds at any time to turn off the scorer. Press “ON/OFF” button again to turn it back on.
  • c) The scorer will turn off automatically when it is not used for 15 minutes. d) It is recommended to turn off the scorer and remove the batteries when you are not playing.

WARNING:

  1. Require 4pcs AAA Batteries (Not included)
  2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
  3. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
