Introduction
Thank you for choosing our product .R1 is a smart sport watch. It can help you
to achieve your sport goals.

Setting Up Your R1
First, you need two downlad and install the SM ART-TM E PRO app on your phone. The CO-FIT app w ill allow you to set your fitness goals, track your progress, share progress with friends and more.
Connect to R1 via your mobile phone
CO-FIT APP supports the operating system of OS 11.0 and Android 5.0 or
above, and BT 5.0& 3.0. It is available for more than 150 mobile devices.

How to pair the watch for jOS users:
First steph: Open APP>device>add new device> choose R6pro -
In the search list, select the R1 with the strongest signal and con ?rm the pairingby clickingthe pairingbutton on the wat ch screen as prompted by your phone .
The Bluetooth icon on the watch will be blue in color , indicating that you are connected to Bluetooth 5.0.
During the pairing process. please click the confirmation button at the watch end in time (as shown in the right figure)
* Bluetooth 3.0 connection:
iPhone users support Bluetooth 5.0 + 3.0 dual Bluetooth one-key link (match
according to the system prompts box operation Android users need to ?rst time
in the Bluetooth pairing interface in the “call service pairing options” click
“to bind” and then follow the interface operation prompts to complete the
Bluetooth 5.0+ 3.0 pairing, subsequent links to the phone will be on the watch
3.0 Bluetooth memory, so as to achieve dual Bluetooth one-key link (if not
automaticallyconnected to Bluetooth 3.0, please manually search forBluetooth
watch model”R1 =“ on the phone)
**Special reminder
After successfully connecting the watch and phone, if you want to play
music from your phone through the bracelet, please enter The “Music Control”
interface, and then switch between the icon interface.
The bright icon display represents audio Output terminal, (Figure 1).**If it
cannot be opened, please confirm the connection is successful and pay
attention to whether the call function is enabled in the drop-down menu
After the watch is successfully connected to the phone, the default setting is
for the wristband to answer phone calls (Figure 2), if necessaryTo tum off
this function, click on the icon in the diagram, and if it turns gray, it will
be tumed off (Figure 3). (This function is only turned off)Closed call and
music playback functions, but do not affect information push, important
reminders, and other functions
Functions
Change watch face
On the dial page, long press and slide left and right to complete the
replacement. Altematively, you can select the online dial from APP – Equipment
– DialOr use phone photos as custom dials
Sports:
The R1 watch supports Multiple sports modes including: Outdoor Run, Indoor
Run, Climb, Walk, Cycle, Spinning, Yoga, Basketball, Football, Badminto, Free
Training ,etc.)
Step counting:
After wearing the wath correctly, open the “step counting” application in
the watch application; display the number of steps, calories, distance and
other param eters of the day’s exeicise.
Play music:
Open the “Music Control” app inthe watch app; you can control the music
playback of your phone, and suppor t operations such as previous track,
play/pause, next track, and volume adjustment.
Heart rate:
Wearing R1 correctly, not too tight or loose, mak e sure no green light
leak there is two measuring ways:
- Turn on the heart rate icon on the watch and measuring hear t rate by manual.
- Set automatic monitoring time interval in app (monitoring once ever y 15/ 30/ 60/ 120 minutes).
Blood pressure:
Wear the watch in a right way and open the menu–blood pr essure, measure it
manual.
Sp02:
Afterwearing the watch correctly,open the “Sp02” inthe watch: manual blood
oxygen measur ement is required.
Stress:
After wearing the watch correctly, open the “stress” in the watch; check
how much psychological pressure you are feeling.
Call mode:
The R1 = smart watch supports Bluetooth calls, and users can make, answer,
and reject calls directly on the watch.
Message notifieation:
You can view the text messages in the mobile phone and the real-time
information pushed to the watch.
Sleep:
After wearing the watch coriectly, open the “Sleep” in the watch: record
the sleep status through out the night.
Anti-lost reminder:
When the wat ch is disconnected from the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, the
watch will make a sound and vibrate to prevent loss.
Remot ce cumera:
Control the camera on the mobile phone to take pictures remotely. When
using it, please click “Device-Take Picture” on the APP to turn on the
camera.
Alarm clock:
Set the alarms in APP and sync to watch, maximum 5 alarms.
Find phone:
When the watch is connected to the APP, the phone will make a sound after
clicking smart watch this function.
Timer:
Custom time count down.
Female health:
Menstrual reminder
Stopwatch:
Electonic timer can record one time or record multiple times.
Weather:
Weather forecast.
Set tines:
Brightness, Language, Theme, Shutdown,Restart, Factory Reset, About.

Quick Fit Strap
R1 contains two parts (watch body and Strap), you can purchase separately
strap and switch as your preference.
(Please select 22mm watch strap)
Charging Instructions
Charging: Turn the watch over, align and attach the charging pins to the
magnet gold prongs. You will see the charging icon on the watch screen within
5s.
Char ging fully may take 2 hours. You will see the battery icon is full if the
watch have been fully charged.
Please clean the charge interface before charging for fear that the remaining
sweat erode gold metal contact or other risks.
Prohibit using highcpower fast charging toa charge the bracelet to avoid
burning the device
Char ging voltage 5V, curent cannot exceed 1A
Troubleshooting
Heart rate signal missing
The R1 smart watch keeps paying attention to your heart rate data during
your exercise and your daily life. Sometime the watch may not get a suitable
heart rate signal. At this time,the missing heart rate data will appear at the
dotted line
If you can’t get the heart rate signal, first you should con?rm that you wear
the watch correctly, adjust it to avoid being too high or too low, neither too
tight nor too loose on your wrist-After adjustm ent, turn on real-time heart
rate monitoring to get the data.
If there is still no heart rate data, check if the heart rate monitoring
function is turned on at CO-FIT APP.
Other problems
If your mobile cannot pairthe watch, clickSettings Bluetooth in your mobile
and check ifthere issignalof R1. Ifyes, it means there isno problem with the
Bluetooth signal.Please check if thewatch is paired with other phones, please
unbind it. I0S device users should clickSetting — Bluetooth — ignore this
device and then pair it.
Exemption Clause
- The Hear t Rate and Blood Oxygen data output by R1 are not intended to be a medical or diagnostic basis.
- Self-d iagnosis and se lftreatm ent are dangerous. Only quali?ed physicians are allowed to diagnose and treat high blood pressure or any other heart diseases. Please contact your physician for more professional diagnostic opinions.
- R1 smartwatch data such as heart rate, blood pressure, etc. may not be completely accurate due to factorssuch as interference w ith environm ental sgnak, wearing poswre, changes in the climate environment, and physical condition.
- DO NO T cary out drugs and treatment on the basis of the monitoring data provided by R1 » and should follow medical advice when medication and treatment are required, and we are not liablefor the inaccuracy of monitoring data and the consequences off misuse of monitoring data and information.
- Please do not wear this watch to take a bath
