PROAIM ATLS-HAP Height Adjustable Telescopic Poles

Telescopic Poles Setup

• Open the lock at all corners of the top shelf of the Atlas cart (Not Included)
• Now, remove the top shelf by lifting it upwards.
• NOTE : Two people are required to detach the top shelf from the foldable rods.
• After removing the top shelf, loosen and remove the bolts of the rod from the bottom shelf using 3mm Allen key.
• Thus, repeat the same process for other corners as well.
• Now, loosen the bolts of the lock using 4mm Allen key, as shown in the image.
• Remove the lock from the cart.
• Similarly, remove the remaining three locks.
• Now, loosen and remove the bolts from the shelf.
• Follow the same steps to remove the remaining bolts at other corners as well.
• Now, open the lock near the wheel, under the shelf.
• Slide the wheel to backward.
• Then, turn the cart to one side.
• Fix the wheel by locking it.
• Loosen and remove the bolts on the bottom shelf using 4mm Allen key.
• Similarly, follow the same steps to remove the rods from all corners.

Removal of Rod from Adaptor

• Loosen bolts using 5mm Allen key from theRod Adaptor.
• Now remove the bolts from the Rod  Adaptor.
• Push the sank from the Adaptor using any Allen key
• Remove the sank from the Adaptor.
• loosen the knob of the Adaptor and open its
• Now, remove the rod from the Rod Adaptor.

Telescopic Pole Assembly

• Insert Rod Telescopic Pole to the Rod Adaptor.
• Insert one washer on the left side of the pole.
• Insert the sank from the same side of the washer.
• Insert the other washer on the right side of the pole.
• Push the sank to the inner side of the Adaptor and insert the bolt on the other side.
• Tighten the bolt using 5mm Allen key.
• Attach the Adjustable Telescopic Pole to the bottom shelf of the Atlas cart.
• After attaching the Pole, insert the bolt, as shown in the image.
• After inserting the bolt, tighten it using the 3mm Allen key.
• Insert all 4 bolts on the back side of the shelf, tighten it using the 4mm Allen key.
• Now, insert the bolt of the lock, tighten it using the 4mm Allen key. Repeat the process for other poles as well.
• Now, open the lock near the wheel, under the shelf.
• Sten, tum the to tao one side.
• Fix the wheel using lock.
• Insert the bolt on the bottom of the shelf, tighten it using the 4mm Allen key.
• After turning the cart again to the previous position, remove the knob fixed in the adjustable pole by loosening it.
• After that, adjust the height of the telescopic pole according to the requirement.
• Insert the knob in the provided hole at the desired height, as shown in the image.
• Tighten the knob to secure the attachment.
• Similarly, follow the same steps to attach
• Features: the heles of the top shelf can be. adjusted from 2.46 feet / 29.5″ to 1.67 feet / 20″
• Mount the top shelf of the Atlas cart on the rod.
• Now, lock the shelf at all corners to secure the attachment.
• Your cart is fully assembled with adjustable telescopic poles.
