Before the first use
You may feel uncomfortable at first. Please give 2 to 4 weeks to allow the new topper gradually fits your body curve. The topper will fully expand 1-2 days after opening. Memory foam naturally has a special odor, which is completely harmless and will dissipate over time. Place the topper in a well-ventilated area and use the vacuum cleaner can reduce the odor effectively. The topper is innovative with a dual-layer system to be soft yet supportive. We suggest sleeping on the front side for a few days, if it feels softer than you need, you can try the other side: remove the cover, flip the mattress topper, then fold both sides of the mattress to the middle, push it into the cover.
Maintenance and cleaning
The topper includes a removable cover, please refer to the cleaning label on the removable cover’s inner side before cleaning. Remember to zip it up when cleaning. To clear the dust and dust mites effectively, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner to clean the topper. Please do not bend the topper, as it will result in damage to the internal structure of the topper. The confort of the topper will be decreased, the dust and dust mites will gradually accumulate during prolonged periods of use. Therefore, based on comfort and hygiene consideration, we recommend replacing the new topper every 8 to 10 years.
