Hello, thank you for choosing the newentor memory foam pillow. As the firmness and height of your previous pillow may be different from ours, you may not be used to our new pillows at first. Please give your body about 10 days to adapt to this scientific and healthy pillow. In order to allow customers to adapt to the new pillow more quickly, our pillows are designed with a total of four freely adjustable heights to suit basically everyone’s needs.

• Because pillows are personal items, each returned pillow needs to be destroyed centrally. If you are experiencing problems during usage, please do not rush to return the product. You can always contact us and our customer service staff will deal with your problem within 24 hours and give you a satisfactory solution.

It is made of the latest memory foam material and high elastic foam, and comes in four adjustable heights to meet the different needs of customers. Through discussions and research with professional sleep experts, we have designed a unique ergonomic structure :

Attentions

Before use

1. A slight smell is normal and can be left in a ventilated area until there is no smell.
2. As the product is in a compressed package, please tap the product on both sides 3-5 times after opening. It’s normal for pillow core to be uneven at first. After being placed for 72 hours, it would rebound slowly to the original shape.

While using

1. As the memory foam pillow core is soft, please avoid the deformation caused by pulling.
2. The outer pillowcase is elastic, please use the zipper carefully when removing or installing the pillow core.
3. Newentor uses the main raw materials (MDI) provided by the top sponge supplier in the industry. There will be a faint sponge smell after opening (non-toxic and harmless), So please use it with caution if you are allergic to sponges.
4. Memory foam pillow core will oxidize slowly after contacting with air for a period of time. While the yellow discoloration appears on the pillow core is normal and won’t affect the use of the product.
5. Please give your body a week to adapt the unique charm of the Hyonos memory foam pillow.

Washing Instructions

Pillow core is non—washable
The inner pillow core is not removable
When cleaning the outer pillowcase, wash by hand or machine wash separately is recommended, but not bleach
