Power Cord Upgrade Kit for SLA Carts
User Guide
98-583-1 StyleView SLA Cart Cord Upgrade Kit

Turn off all mounted equipment.
-
Disconnect Power System from power source.
-
Turn the power system off by holding down the AC Outlet Power button for 1 – 3 seconds.
The power light will shut off. -
Remove top cover and loosen screws to slide the scanner holder up and off of cart.
Do not remove screws.
-
Remove basket.
-
Loosen screws to slide the handle up and off of the cart. Do not remove screws.
-
Remove all other T-slot-mounted equipment by loosening screws to slide up and off of the cart.
Do not remove screws.

Remove the front base cover.
-
Remove the rear base cover.
-
Loosen the screw to slide the bracket up and off of the cart.
Do not remove the screw.
-
Remove the retainer bracket.
-
Unplug the power cord.
-
Attach new power box.
-
Insert bracket into T-slot at an angle.
-
Rotate so the bracket catches the inside the slot.
-
Slide down until it stops.
-
Tighten to secure.
-
Plug-in power box.
-
Flip the retainer up then attach the new rear base cover.
-
Attach the front base cover.
-
Flip the retainer down, hang the power cord on the hook, and plug it into the base.
-
Flip the retainer up to secure the power cord.
-
Attach all T-slot mounted equipment.
-
Slide handle down T-slot and tighten screws.
-
Attach basket.
-
Attach scanner holder and top cover.
