Product Usage Instructions

Overview
The phone features the following components:

  1. Enter submenu – To select the Option that is shown at the bottom left of the screen and confirm a selection.
  2. Answer or start a call; in standby: press to open Call History.
  3. Speed dial key-M1/M2.
  4. Long press to call your voicemail.
  5. Numeric and alphabetic buttons.
  6. Asterisk key.
  7. Up/down keys – Use the keys to navigate the menus.
  8. Enter submenu – To select the Option that is shown at the bottom right of the screen.
  9. Press and hold for power on or off; press to end a call; in menus: press to exit.
  10. Camera.
  11. Use the key to switch between the abc, ABC, Abc and 123 input methods. Press and hold this key to switch between ringing and mute modes.
  12. Press and hold the button to turn Flashlight on or off.
  13. Volume controls.
  14. Emergency button.

Setting up your phone
To set up the phone, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the rear cover of the phone. Opening is in the bottom left corner. You can use your fingernail to lift off the cover.
  2. Insert the SIM card into the holder with the chip facing downwards. SIM card is not included. SIM cards and contacts are easily damaged due to scratches and bending. Please be careful. SIM: Nano SIM
  3. This step is optional and is only needed for storing pictures, videos or other multimedia files. Insert a microSD card (Max 32GB) into the card slot as shown below with gold contacts facing down. MicroSD card is not included.
  4. Insert the battery into the battery slot.
  5. Put the rear cover on again. You will hear a click when mounted.
  6. Before you start using the phone, charge the battery with the included power adapter for at least 4 hours. (You can use a charger to charge directly or connect it to a charging station)

  • Is the phone waterproof?
    No, the phone is not waterproof. Do not expose it to water or moisture.

  • Can I use a different charger to charge the phone?
    No, it is recommended to only charge the phone with the supplied adapter. Using non-original accessories may cause abnormal functionality.

  • What is the maximum capacity for a microSD card that can be used?
    The maximum capacity for a microSD card is 32GB.

SOS settings

  • Read the instructions carefully and set the emergency function according to your needs. You can save up to five emergency contacts (family members, friends and official institutions).
  • In an emergency, press and hold the emergency button on the back of the phone.
  • The five preset numbers will be dialled automatically in the order in which you have saved them. If it is not possible to get through to anyone on the first number, the second number will automatically be dialled. If it is not possible to get through to anyone on the second number, the third number will automatically be dialled, and so on. (The phone will go through a list of five numbers a maximum of three times.) At the same time as each emergency call, a text message (SMS) will be sent to the contact.
  • During the emergency call, a warning tone will sound continuously to alert anyone nearby and the person being called.
