USAGE MANUAL

WARNING: The product may only be assembled by an adult. The product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Before first use, be sure to fully charge the batteries (approximately 8-12 hours), otherwise irreversible damage to the batteries may occur. The vehicle should always be used under adult supervision. The product contains small parts. The vehicle must not be used in the dark. If your child encounters unexpected obstacles, it may cause an accident. The vehicle should only be used during the day or in a well-lit area. Driving on wet surfaces or slopes steeper than 15 degrees is not recommended. Do not use the vehicle outdoors during rain or snow. The vehicle must be completely stopped before changing direction from forward/reverse. Regularly check all cable and battery connections. Check all vehicle components for damage. If any part of the vehicle is damaged, stop using the vehicle and contact your dealer. If you are not using the vehicle for an extended period of time, disconnect the battery cables. The safe period of use of the product is 3 years.

ASSEMBLY MANUAL

Turn the body upside down. At the front of the vehicle, attach the steel crossbar with 4 screws in the indicated locations.

Place the front axle on the matching spot on the chassis. Install the steering rod on the axle, put on the washer and lock the connection with a spring cotter pin. Bolt the axle to the chassis.

Install the following on the front axle rod: the front engine (engines marked with the letter R should be on the right side of the vehicle, marked with the letter L on the left), front wheel, washer and then screw on the nut. Attach the hubcap to the wheel. Repeat the entire process on the other side of the vehicle.

Insert the rear axle through the holes in the rear part of the chassis. Install the following on the axle rod: rear engine, rear wheel, washer and then screw on the nut. Attach the hubcap to the wheel. Repeat the entire process on the other side of the vehicle.

Place the 3 brackets in the chassis and secure them with the included screws.

Put the vehicle on wheels. Remove the bolt from the vehicle’s steering wheel. Connect the cables protruding from the steering wheel to the matching cables protruding from the body steering block. Place the steering wheel on the rod and tighten the screw so that the steering wheel is rigidly mounted on the steering block.

Install partition C in the body trunk.

Place partition B in the space between the trunk and the seat area and secure it with two screws. Then place partition A under the seat space and secure it with two screws. Connect the seat with the backrest and then place the whole thing in the body and secure it with two screws. Install a bumper at the front of the vehicle.

Connect the headlight cables as indicated in the photo, then place the brackets in the body and place the headlight crossbar on the brackets.

Install the front grille on top of the body.

VEHICLE FUNCTIONS

Before turning on the vehicle for the first time, open the hood of the vehicle and connect the red cable to the red battery connector and the black cable to the black connector. There is a charging socket under the hood, the vehicle must be fully charged (for at least 12 hours). If the vehicle is not used for a long time, disconnect the red cable from the battery. Please reconnect the cable to the battery and fully charge it before using it again.

Remove the screw on the back of the remote control, open the cover and place 2 AAA batteries in the remote control, close the cover and tighten the screw.
To connect the remote control to the vehicle, turn off the vehicle and hold the reverse and forward buttons on the remote control simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. When the indicators on the remote control start flashing rapidly, turn on the vehicle. The light on the remote control should glow continuously, then the remote control is properly connected to the vehicle.

BATTERY CHARGING

NOTES ON CHARGING BATTERIES

  • Before using the vehicle for the first time, be sure to fully charge the batteries. Always connect first
  • the charger plug into the charging socket, and then insert the charger plug into the socket (charger
  • can only be operated by an adult, never allow your child to use the charger).
  • When the vehicle begins to lose power (driving at a much slower speed than normal), it is necessary to drive it
  • start charging the batteries before they are completely discharged.
  • Charging should be done continuously for 8-12 hours. Do not charge batteries
  •  longer than 20 hours.
  • It is normal for the batteries and charger to heat up during charging (max. 60°C).
  • Never turn on the vehicle while charging the batteries.
  • Only use the charger supplied with your vehicle for charging. Do not use batteries other than
  • those supplied with the vehicle.
  • Never use new and old batteries or batteries of different types at the same time (remote power supply).
  •  Batteries should be charged at least once a month, even when the vehicle is not in use
  • used. This is to prevent the batteries from completely discharging and potentially damaging them.
  • Never short-circuit the electrical system.
  • The power socket is located UNDER THE HOOD.
  • The POWER SWITCH should be in the OFF position while charging.

PREVENT FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK:

  • NEVER make changes to the electrical installation. Tampering with the electrical installation may cause electric shock, fire or explosion, as well as permanent damage to the installation.
  • Do not allow direct contact between the terminals. This may cause a fire or explosion.
  • Do not allow batteries or their parts to come into contact with any liquids.
  • Do not open the charger. Unprotected wiring and electrical circuits inside the enclosure may cause electric shock.

BATTERY DISPOSAL AND BATTERY HANDLING

  • The sealed lead-acid battery should be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
  • Do not throw a lead-acid battery into a fire. Explosion or leakage may occur.
  • Do not throw away a lead-acid battery in regular garbage. It is illegal to burn, store or mix sealed lead-acid batteries with municipal waste.
  • Take your used battery to your local authorized lead-acid battery recycling facility, such as a car battery dealer.
  • For more information about environmentally friendly recycling and disposal of lead-acid batteries, please contact your local waste management authority.
  • The battery may only be charged by an adult. Please charge the battery before use!

ALL BATTERY REPLACEMENT ACTIVITIES MUST BE PERFORMED BY AN ADULT

  1. Batteries for the remote control are not included.
  2. Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be charged once they are exhausted.
  3. Rechargeable batteries can only be charged when removed from the device.
  4. Remember to place the batteries in the device with the correct polarity.
  5. Do not mix different batteries or old and new batteries.
  6. Exhausted batteries should be removed from the device immediately.
  7. Do not short-circuit the power terminals.
