SAFETY WARNINGS

IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR  FUTURE REFERENCE.

Failure to follow these warnings and the instructors’ could result in serious injury.

  •  This baby cot is designed for babies aged 0-6 months or up to 9kgs or until the child can sit or kneel or pull itself up (whichever comes first).
  • The product should be placed on a horizontal floor.
  • The baby cot should be locked in the fixed position when the child is le unattended.
  • Young children should not be allowed to play unsupervised in the vicinity of the baby cot.

FALL HAZARD

  • To reduce the risk of SIDS pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
  •  If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the bassinet or baby cot manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the bassinet or  baby cot mattress

ENTRAPMENT HAZARD

  • To prevent injury from entrapment, bedside sleeper must be properly secured to adult bed using the attachment system.
  • There must be no more than 13mm gap between bedside sleeper and adult’s bed.
  • Check  tightness before each use by pulling bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult’s bed.
  •  If gap exceeds 13mm, DO NOT use product. Do not fill the gap with pillows, blankets or other items that are suffusion hazards.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD

  • Infants have suffocated

  • In gaps between extra padding and side of the bassinet and on so bedding.

  • Use only the mares provided by the manufacturer. NEVER add additional items in the product such as a second mares or pillow.

  • Always read and follow manufacturer’s assemble instructors.

  • Always use ALL required parts. Check instructor manual for a list of required parts. Periodically check product for loose, damaged or missing parts.

  • To avoid injury from the infant’s neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult’s bed mattress.

  • Never use the bedside sleeper mode if it is inclined.

  • The maximum mattress thickness is marked with a line inside the bassinet. Do not use a mattress thicker than permed.

  • The distance from the floor of the adult’s bed for which the bedside sleeper is intended is between 54.6 cm and 67.3 cm.

  • The bedside sleeper is intended only for standard adult’s beds. Do not use the product with waterbeds or rounded beds.

  • The abashment system must always be used in bedside sleeper mode. Do not use other parchment system than the one described in the manual.

  • DANGER! Always completely raise the drop side when not ached to the adult’s bed.

  • The maximum inclinator allowed is a 2-level difference. The baby must be placed in the baby cot with its head at the higher end.

  • DO NOT place any cord, strap or similar item near this baby cot that could wrap around a child’s neck.

  • DO NOT place this baby cot near a window or pao door where a child could reach a cord or curtains.

  • Be aware of the threat posed by a burning cigar, open flame or other sources of high temperature, such as electric heaters, gas water heaters, etc., in the near vicinity of the baby cot.

  • Check this baby cot regularly before using it and DO NOT use it if any part is missing or if there are any sings of damage. DO NOT subsume any part. Contact the manufacturer if you need to replace any part or if you need additional instructions.

Assembly Instructions

Frame assembly : (Figure 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

  1. Unfold the frame legs.
  2. Insert the transverse supporting tube into the plastic joint until you heard a “click” sound. Mind the metal tabs (A, fig. 2), which should engage the respective holes by pressing them in.
  3. Assembly the storage basket. Insert the storage basket supporting tube into the plastic joint until you heard a “click” sound. Mind the metal tabs (A, fig. 3), which should engage the respective holes by pressing them in.
  4. Put the rubber loops of the storage basket over the metal tabs.
  5. Place the mattress in the baby cot.
  6. Pass the mooting straps under the bassinet through the respective holes in the frame, then into the buckles, and pull them taut.
  7. The baby cot is now fully assembled.


HOW TO USE

drop side : (Figure 9, 10, 11, 12)

  1. Unzip the zipper on both ends of the folding side.
  2. Slide the locks (fig. 10) to release the railing retainer (fig. 11) on both ends.
  3. Lower the folding side of the bassinet.
  4. The drop side of the baby cot is ready for use.
    bedside sleeper (Figure 13)

WARNING! The attachment system must ALWAYS be used in bedside sleeper mode.

  1. Aer you lower the guard rail, align the baby cot directly next to the parent bed and set the baby cot’s height so that the top of the mattress is level with – or no more than 2 cm above- the top edge of the folding side.
  2. Pass the mounting straps under the mattress of the bed and hook the ends over the bed frame on the opposite side of the bed. The ends must be upright between the bed frame and the mattress.
  3. Secure the mounting straps to the baby cot using the clasps. Tighten the mounting straps and make sure this keeps the baby cot stable and firmly attached to the bed.
    Installing the mosquito net : (Figure 14)
    Attach the clips of the mosquito net to the guardrail tubes on both sides of the baby cot and cover the bassinet .

height adjustment (Figure 15)
To change the baby cot’s height, press the height adjustment levers on both ends of the baby cot and set the bassinet at the desired height.
There are 7 baby cot height settings available. You can adjust each end of the baby cot with different height level.
wheel brakes (Figure 16)
To lock the baby cot wheels, press down the brake tab on each wheel. To release the wheels, li the brake tabs.

Storage : (Figure 17, 18, 19, 20)

  1. Remove the transverse supporting tube from the bassinet bracket by pressing the release buttons on both ends of the baby cot.
  2. Remove the storage basket by pressing the release buttons on each of the bracket’s legs.
  3. Fold down the baby cot frame legs. The baby cot is now folded.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

removal of the bassinet fabric (Figures 21, 22, 23)

  1. Remove the mattress from the bassinet. Disconnect the zipper on the top rail from the bracket.
  2. Release the straps under the bassinet and remove the covering.
    NOTED! For cleaning only!
    Unclasp the Velcro that mark “c” then take out the PE piece from bassinet (fig. 22).
    Do not twist; do not spin-dry; do not iron.

general cleaning instructions

  1. The bassinet covering and the mattress case can be hand washed at 30.
  2. Clean the metal and plastic parts with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
  3. Never clean any part of the product with abrasives, ammonia, bleach or alcohol.
  4. Store the baby cot in a dry place, away from heat and moisture. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
