Purpose:

DDA Intake and Eligibility Determination

Purpose:
This policy outlines the guidelines, procedures, and principles for the intake and eligibility determination process at [AGENCY NAME], ensuring compliance with the Department on Disability Services (DDS) and Developmental Disabilities Administration  (DDA) regulations in Washington, D.C.
