TOOLS RECOMMENDED FOR INSTALLATION

1. Pen or marker
2. Allen key
3. Electric drill

PREPARING FOR THE FRIDGE SLIDES INSTALL

1. Gently open the slides fully by pressing lightly onto the blue handle.
   

2. Using a pen or marker, mark all 11 holes from the slides and choose the six drilling points to mount T nuts in locations which suit your installation.
   

3. Drill six 7mm holes in the locations you have marked, to house the M6 T nuts.

4. Insert the T nut into the holes, ensuring the nuts are upright and evenly inserted.
   

5. Position the rail slides so that the holes on the rails line up with the drilled holes.
   

6. Screw the bolts and the washers onto the slides, using an allen key to secure them tightly until the T nut is flush with the bottom of the table.
   

7. Secure your fridge onto the slides using the four nylon strap supplied.
   It’s important to make sure that the straps are tight and secure.
   Once tightened, you can use an elastic band to tie up the ends of the straps for neatness if desired.
   

When Using The Screws:

1. Open the slides fully.
2. Position the side rails flat on the desired surface.
3. It’s recommended that you use all screws supplied.

Notes:

• Disclaimer: The pallet used in these photographs is not an ideal surface for installing the slides, and is only used for illustrative purposes. You should assemble your fridge slide on a clear, flat, stable surface.
• Warning: This slide must be securely and evenly bolted down to the vehicle floor or a designated surface no less than 12 cm thick.
• Caution: Do not, under any circumstances, use the slide unless it is correctly fixed on a smooth, even surface with no frame contortion.
• Attention: Activate the sliding tray by depressing the right-hand lever on the front to smoothly pull it forward and lock it in place.
• Important: Heavy pushing without using the lever may cause damage or injury, so use caution.
• Reminder: Ensure the fridge is firmly tied down at all times, to prevent it from tipping over or sliding.
• This slide is specifically designed for fridges weighing up to 80 kgs, contents included. It is not suitable for commercial use, and no warranty applies if used in such a manner.
