Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install the tonneau cover:
Step 1: Preparing for Installation
- Wipe and clean the truck bed before installation.
- If there is a gap between the front and side of the bulkhead, adhere the seal strip (D) to the front bulkhead and align both ends equally.
Step 2: Placing the Cover Assembly
- Place the cover assembly (A) on the front end of the truck bed.
Step 3: Installing the Side Rails
- Place one side rail (B/C) on the truck bed and slide it into the channel of the cover assembly (A).
- Tighten the set screws on both corners to secure the connection.
- Repeat the same process for the other side.
Step 4: Positioning the Side Rails
- Position the end of the side rails (B & C) (the side with block) close to the tailgate, ensuring the frame of the truck bed cover is properly positioned to avoid readjustment.
Step 5: Inserting the Lower Clamps
- Insert the lower clamps (H) into the truck bed rail lips.
- Tighten the upper & lower clamps with long screws (E), but do not overtighten.
Step 6: Unrolling the Cover
- Release the buckles on both sides of the cover assembly.
- Unroll the cover completely from the bulkhead towards the tailgate.
Step 7: Securing the Cover
- Make sure the crossbars lay on the side rails.
- Push down the rear latch into the slots of the side rails.
- Lift the cover upwards at both ends to check whether the cover is secured completely.
Step 8: Final Check
- Check whether the tarp is closing with the Velcro on the rails tightly and horizontally.
- If the tarp is closing properly, the installation is finished.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To ensure proper functioning of the tonneau cover, follow these cleaning and
maintenance instructions:
- Check the components regularly to make sure all screws and bolts are tightened.
- Periodically or as needed, pull the cover tight across the width of the truck bed and secure the hook-and-loop fastener on the side rails to keep the cover taut.

INSTALLITION GUIDE
These items will need to be installed manually.

Wipe and clean the tonneau before installation. If there is a gap between the front and side of bulkhead, adhere the seal strip(D) to the front bulkhead and align both ends equally. NOTE: If your truck bed has grooves, cut seal strip to appropriate shape and size, then stick it to the groove to enhance waterproofness.

Place the cover assembly (A) on the front end of the truck bed

Place one side rail (B/C) on the truck bed and slide into the channel of cover assembly (A), proceed to tighten the set screws on both corners to secure the connection, Repeat the same process for the other side.

Position the end of the side rails (B & C) (the side with block) close to the tailgate, ensuring the frame of truck bed cover is properly positioned to avoid readjustment.

Insert the lower clampsH) into the truck bed rail lips, tighten loosely upper & lower clamps with long screws(E).

Release the buckles on the both sides of cover assembly, then unroll the cover completely from the bulkhead towards the tailgate. NOTE: Ensure the gap between the locking clip and the block of the side rail is as close as possible. The tailpiece of the cover will not latch properly if the gap is too large.

Make sure the crossbars lay on the side rails, push down the rear latch into the slots of side rails. Lift the cover upwards at both ends to check whether the cover is secured completely.
NOTE- If the gap between the locking clip and the block of the side rail is too large, please back to Step 5 to loosen screws, re-adjust the position of said rails (B&C) and make the distance between B & C smaller.
- If the locking clip hit the block of the side rail, please back to Step 5 to loosen screws, re-adjust the position of said rails (B&C) and make the distance between B & C wider.
- After all these, tighten sliders/Traps and screws from back to front.
- The side rails may not necessarily align with the sides of the truck.

Pls check whether the tarp is closing with the Velcro on the rails tightly and horizontally, then the installation is finished.
TROUBLESHOOTING
UNLATCHING
- Ensure the gap between the locking clip and the block of the side rail is as close as possible. The tailpiece of the cover will not latch properly if the gap is too large.
- If the gap between the locking clip and the block of the side rail is too large, please back to Step 5 to loosen screws, re-adjust the position of said rails (B&C) and make the distance between B & C smaller.
- If the locking clip hit the block of the side rail, please back to Step 5 to loosen screws, re-adjust the position of said rails (B&C) and make the distance between B & C wider.
TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM
How to adjust the tension control system
To adjust the tension, loosen the both screws on each tension control systems,
slide the mechanism forth or back according to the scale. Suggest only one
increment per time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
- Clean the cover and vehicle in a shaded place like under a tree or in an open garage. Flood the cover with water to remove surface grit that will scratch the finish when wiped.
- Wash the cover with cool, clean water and a mild soap. Use a hose, rinse the cover well, making sure to remove all traces of soap and wipe off excess water using a sponge.
- Hose down the entire truck to prevent soap from streaking your truck’s paint finish.
- Do not use chemicals like detergents, dish washing liquids, bleaches, harsh cleansers, strong cleaners, dry-cleaning solvents, or any other strong chemicals as a cleanser.
- Using a white all-cotton towel, wash the entire cover with the cleaner.
- Never spot clean the cover to avoid rings or bright spots on the product.
- Make sure that you only use a soft cotton cloth or sponge as a cleaning tool.
- Do not use rough, abrasive cleaning pads because these can scratch the vinyl, creating pores that allow dirt and other unwanted particles to stick.
- Do not use vinyl protectants that contain petroleum, silicone, or citrus-based additives.
