Notes: Before putting in food, please preheat the pizza oven at the cooking temperaure for 10 minutes.

The new line of Electric Countertop Pizza Oven has been widely accepted among
homemakers, hobbyists, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, bakeries, and even
highly accomplished pastry chefs to facilitate the complicated process of
properly tempered pizza, cake, pie and pastries. With your new Pizza Oven, you
will be able to make delicious pizza in an efficient way.
PYY Pizza Oven utilizes sophisticated electronics for precise temperature
control and incorporates advanced design principles to ensure efficiency,
reliability, and ease-of-use. The machine performs in an excellent way in
meeting the rigorous requirements of the
pizza baking process.
IMPORTANT SAFETY TIPS
Please read and understand the following safety tips prior to using your product
- For personal safety, this appliance must always be plugged into a properly grounded electrical circuit.
- Do not cut or remove the third prong (ground) from the power plug or attempt to use a grounding adapter.
- Never immerse the machine in water. (for cleaning tips see Cleaning Page)
- Always locate the machine away from any water source. Avoid water splashing on top of or into the machine or near the fan areas.
- Never use an extension cord to power the machine.
- To avoid suffocation/choking hazards, keep all packing material and small parts away from children.
- Make sure that the intake and exhaust fans are not obstructed when positioning the machine. Please be mindful of loose objects that may block airflow around the machine.
- Unplug the machine when not in use and before cleaning. Never use spray solvents or other flammable cleaning fluids on or near the machine.
- To avoid electrical shock, never open the machine case.

ASSEMBLY
- All the electrical power unit and circuit connection must be installed by a qualified electrician with the safety standards.
- Connection must be based on requirements.
- Make sure the rubber feet have been installed securely.
- Product should be place in a well ventilated place on solid platform, and we suggest at least 4 inches space between the product and the wall or barriers. Also, place the product away from combustible materials, and there should be a fire extinguisher equipped around.
- Remove the packaging film off the surface.
- The power wire should be connected according to safety standards. Make sure the voltage and frequency conform to the parameters. And please install a double pole switch before connection. When the voltage working, the voltage error should be under +10%.
(Product must be connected to ground.)

Work Mode Switch
Commercial Use Press to the right handside of the “Work Mode Switch”, the
oven will never stop after the Koseee veer countdown rings.The temperature
heating keep more stablity. Please take out the food on time.
Home Use Press to the left handside of the “Work Mode Switch”, the oven
will be automaticly stop once the countdown rings.
Inner Lighting Switch
Press to the right handside of the “Inner Lighting Switch”, the oven inner
light will be on.
Thermostat Heating Switch
According to the Food Choices, User able to adjust the indiviual or both upper
& lower heating switch clockwise to prefer temperature. The “Indicator light”
at the right handside of the heating switch will be on.
- Turn the thermostat to set the desired temperature. (Oven temperature’s range: 122-622 F) ‘The indicator light on while the heating element starts working. When the oven reaches the set temperature, the indicator light will automatically turn off. When the indicator light on again that mean the temperature need to reheat to the set temperature.
- Turn the timer clockwise to the desired time. When time is up, the timers rings. During the baking process, the timer knob can be turned to a new position to reset the time according to your revised requirement.
- These two thermostats separately control the top and bottom heating elements and their indicator lights. You can freely adjust the temperature of each heating element. The intenal lighting can help monitoring the baking process.
- Cooking time depends on the amount of food. The more food , the longer the time is required. And please turn off the power switch if not using.

Applicable for baking all the fresh and freeze bread and flour products.
Applicable for baking fresh and freeze meat.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
In order to prevent damage to sensitive parts, your pizza oven should be cleaned by hand with a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap. When cleaning your product, please note the following:
Cleaning
- For cleaning and maintenance, the power supply should be cut off and the unit should be completely cooled down before cleaning.
- Please don’t touch the switch or plug socket with a wet hand.
- When cleaning the outside of the machine, please don’t get water or cleaning solutions inside the case, as this may damage sensitive electronic components.
- Never use steel wool or any other type of abrasive to clean your machine or any components of your machine.
- The machine can’t be rinsed directly, and please avoid any water flowing into the switch when cleaning.
- Keep the children from touching or using the machine.
Maintenance
- Please pull out the plug first before maintenance, and clean it after cooling down the chamber.
- For daily cleaning, you can use a dry cloth to wipe off the grease on the chamber, don’t rinse the chamber with water directly.
- For cleaning the baking stone, please take out the baking stone, use a fur brush to clean its surface, and rinse it with water then dry it.
(Don’t use any cleanser to clean the baking stone, because the baking stone can strongly absorb water including the cleanser which may affect the flavor of the food.)
TROUBLESHOOTING

Short circuit| Contact the qualified electrician for maintenance or contact
the seller service center for repair suggestion.
Internal light not working| 1.PuII out the plug, and cool down the chamber.
2.Replace with a new bulb.
Scorching smell| Call the electrician with license to check whether the
connection is short out.
Uneven baking| Readjust the thermostats to see how they work. If they work
well, please contact the service center to check if the heating elements need
replacing.
