Product Usage Instructions

Initial Setup

  1. Power On via Bluetooth: Long press the power button for 3 seconds, and you will hear a “Power on” voice prompt. The indicator light will stay blue for 1 second.
  2. Power Off via Bluetooth: Long press the power button for 5 seconds, and you will hear a “Power off” voice prompt. The indicator light will flash red for 1 second before turning off.
    Note: To prevent potential power button issues, it is recommended to wait for 2-3 seconds after powering off before turning the product on again.

Bluetooth Pairing and Reset

  • When the headsets are turned off, long press the power button for about 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. You will hear a “Pairing” voice prompt, and the indicator light will flash red and blue alternately. The Bluetooth headsets can now be discovered by other devices.
  • After the initial connection, the headsets will automatically reconnect to the last connected device.
  • To switch devices or force pairing, simultaneously long press the volume down button and volume up button for 5 seconds. The indicator light will flash red and blue alternately 3 times, indicating that the headsets have forcibly disconnected from the current device and entered pairing mode. To reconnect to the original device, you will need to manually select it (pairing list is not displayed).
  • Reset: While the headsets are powered on and not in a call, simultaneously long press the power button and ANC button for 10 seconds, until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately for 2 seconds. Reset is successful.

Noise Cancellation Function Switch

  1. Noise Cancellation on (ANC ON) / Pass Through Mode / Noise Cancellation Off (ANC OFF)
  2. Noise Cancellation On (ANC ON): Short press the ANC button once to activate noise cancellation. You will hear an “ANC ON” voice prompt, and the indicator light will stay white.

Noise Cancellation

Noise Cancellation on (ANC ON) / Pass Through Mode / Noise Cancellation Off (ANC OFF) Function Switch

  2. Pass through Mode On: Short press the button a second time, and you will hear a“Pass through”voice prompt. The indicator light will stay white.
  3. Noise Cancellation Off (ANC OFF): Short press the button a third time, and you will hear a“Normal mode”voice prompt. The indicator light will turn off.
    Note: When the headsets are powered on, not connected via Bluetooth, and ANC or Pass through Mode is enabled, the headsets will not automatically power off. You will need to manually power them off in this case (they will automatically power off after 5 minutes in normal mode).

VDual Device Connection

  1. Follow the instructions on the card inside the package to download the SOUNDPEATS official app.
  2. Open the SOUNDPEATS app and find the“Dual Device Connection”feature to enable it.
  3. Follow these steps:
  4. Pair the headsets with Device A first. After successful pairing, turn off the Bluetooth function on Device A.
  5. Repeat the pairing process to connect the headsets with Device B. Keep the headsets connected to Device B.
  6. Finally, turn on the Bluetooth function on Device A to use the“Dual Device Connection”feature.

Note: When the headsets are plugged in for USB charging, they will automatically power off (Bluetooth function will be turned off). You cannot manually power them on during the charging process.
