Installation
- Disconnect power at the main fuse box before installation.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local code specifications. If unsure, it is recommended to hire a certified electrician for installation.
- Open the product box and remove all parts and part packages. If anything is missing, contact the retailer from which the product was purchased.
- Carefully pull the house wires out of the junction box, making them easily accessible during installation.
- Position the mounting bracket (A) so that the threaded ends of the attached fixture mounting screws (E) are facing down towards the floor.
- Pull the house wires through the center hole in the mounting bracket (A) and align the small holes in the mounting bracket (A) with the holes in the junction box.
- Thread each junction box screw (B) into the holes in the mounting bracket (A) and into the holes in the junction box. Tighten the junction box screws (B) to secure the mounting bracket (A) to the junction box. Ensure that the house wires are pulled completely through the hole in the mounting bracket and avoid pinching wires between the mounting bracket and ceiling.
- Push the fixture wires up through the stem (M) and pull them out of the top of the stem (M). Pull the fixture wires taut and screw the bottom of the stem (M) onto the top of the fixture body (O). Avoid pinching the fixture wires between the
- fixture body and stem.
- Push the fixture wires through the bottom of the loop (L) and pull them taut. Thread the loop (L) onto the top of the stem (M).
- Thread the second stem (M) into the second coupling on top of the fixture body (O) and thread the second loop (L) onto the top of the second stem (M).
- Attach one locking link (G) to each loop (L) on top of each stem (M).
- Determine the desired hanging height of the fixture and cut the chain (H) to achieve the desired height. Ensure that sections of chain (H) are of the same length.
- Slip the last chain link at the end of each chain (H) onto the locking link (G) on each loop (L) on top of each stem (M).
- Attach one locking link (G) onto the end of each section of chain (H).
- Weave the fixture wires through chain links, skipping every other chain link.
- Push the fixture wires up through the loop on the canopy (D) and pull them up through the canopy (D).
- Attach one locking link (G) onto the last chain link on each section of chain (H) and then to each loop on the canopy (D).

-
Carefully pull house wires out of junction box so they are easily accessible during installation.
-
Position mounting bracket (A) so threaded ends of attached fixture mounting screws (E) are facing down towards floor.
-
Carefully pull house wires through center hole in mounting bracket (A). Align small holes in mounting bracket (A) with holes in junction box. Thread each junction box screw (B) into holes in mounting bracket (A) and into holes in junction box.
-
Tighten junction box screws (B) to secure mounting bracket (A) to the junction box. CAUTION: Make sure house wires are pulled completely through hole in the mounting bracket. DO NOT pinch wires between mounting bracket and ceiling.
-
Carefully push fixture wires up through stem (M). Pull fixture wires out of top of stem (M). Pull fixture wires taut. Screw bottom of stem (M) onto top of fixture body (O). DO NOT pinch fixture wires between fixture body and stem.
-
Push fixture wires through bottom of loop (L). Pull fixture wires taut. Thread loop (L) onto top of stem (M).
-
Thread second stem (M) into second coupling on top of fixture body (O). Thread second loop (L) onto top of second stem (M).
-
Attach one locking link (G) to each loop (L) on top of each stem (M).
-
. Determine desired hanging height of fixture. Cut chain (H) to length to achieve desired height. Ensure sections of chain (H) are the same length.
-
Slip last chain link at end of each chain (H) onto locking link (G) on each loop (L) on top of each stem (M).
-
Attach one locking link (G) onto end of each section of chain (H).
-
Weave fixture wires through chain links, skipping every other chain link.
-
Push fixture wires up through loop on canopy (D). Pull fixture wires up through canopy (D).
-
Attach one locking link (G) onto the last chain link on each section of chain (H) and then to each loop on canopy (D).
-
Strip 3/4” of insulation from ends of fixture wires.
-
Slightly loosen ground screw on mounting bracket (A). Do not completely remove ground screw. Wrap house ground wire (copper) around ground screw, leaving enough ground wire
to attach to fixture ground wire. Twist end of fixture ground wire and end of house ground wire together. Twist wire nut (C) onto ends of wires. Completely tighten wire nut (C). Reference chart below for correct wire connections.
-
Twist end of house lead wire (black) and end of fixture lead wire together. Twist wire nut (C) onto ends of wires. Completely tighten wire nut (C). Twist end of house neutral wire (white) and end of fixture neutral wire together. Twist wire nut (C) onto ends of wires. Completely tighten wire nut (C). Reference chart to the right for correct wire connections.
-
Wrap electrical tape (not included) around wire nuts (C) and wires. Ensure wires are securely fastened into wire nuts.
-
Carefully push all wires and wire nuts into junction box.
-
Carefully raise fixture up to ceiling. Place canopy (D) of fixture over mounting bracket (A). Pass holes in canopy (D) over ends of fixture mounting screws (E).
-
Screw one threaded cap (F) onto end of each fixture mounting screw (E). Tighten threaded caps (F) to secure fixture to ceiling. DO NOT over tighten.
-
Set each shade (K) down over socket.
