Assembly Instructions

  1. Slide Foot Pedal onto end of Front Wheel Crank Axle. Push in to lock in place.
  2. Attach the Nut (E) onto the Handlebar as shown. Insert the top end of the Fork through the neck hole on Body. Place the Handlebar as shown and press down firmly so that the Handlebar goes all the way down onto the top of the Fork.
  3. Hold in place and secure with the long Screwdriver Bit (J). Use Phillips Head Handlebar to tighten the Bolt. Attach the Front Plate onto the Plate Holder as shown.
  4. Place child on CRUISER to determine the best seat position for the child (3-position options). Push Seat into chosen position all the way down to secure into place. Insert the LED Wheel Light into the Slot.

Rear Axle and Front Wheel Crank Axle Assembly

  1. Before assembly: Remove plastic caps from the Rear Axle and Front Wheel Crank Axle.
  2. Using Capnut Tool (A2) (included), place one Axle Cap (B) and Locking Star Washer (N) onto one end of Rear Axle (C) and hammer into place. Note: Axle Caps and Locking Star Washers are NOT reusable if removed.
  3. Slide second Rear Wheel onto the Rear Axle, and attach second Axle Cap and Locking Star Washer onto the end of the Rear Axle and hammer into place. Note: Capnut Tool (A2) is needed to ensure Axle Caps and Axle should fit within the recess of the wheel. Dispose of Capnut Tool (A1) and (A2) when finished.
