Troubleshooting

Why is my Razer Core having issues connecting to my Wi-Fi?

This can happen with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Try to use an Ethernet cable or connect to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network for best performance.

When I plug in my Razer Core to the Blade, none of the USB devices and the

external monitor connected to the Core are working.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the Razer Core from your Razer Blade by removing the Thunderbolt 3 cable.
  2. Shutdown the Blade system and power the Core’s power supply off.
  3. Let both Blade and Core remain in Power Off state for 30 seconds.
  4. After the 30 seconds, Power ON the Core’s supply.
  5. Plug the Razer Core to your Blade via Thunderbolt cable.
  6. Power ON your Razer Blade laptop.
