SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS

WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE OBSERVED.
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING FIXTURE. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Litetronics fixtures must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes.
Risk of fire or electric shock. Area light installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
Be certain electrical power is OFF before and during installation and maintenance.
Area light must be connected to a wiring system with an equipment – grounding conductor.
Make sure the supply voltage is the same as the rated luminaire voltage.
Only the open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of this kit installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or sharp objects.
Suitable for wet locations.

  2. Please read the installation instruction carefully to check whether all the accessories are included.
  3. After confirmation, install the fixture according to installation steps.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

WIRING DIAGRAM As for the wire color of DIM+ and DIM-,pl s check the lamp label.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHORTING CAP

1. Unless optional Photocell device (Ordered Separately) is to be installed, shorting cap should be installed on the back of light:
(Figure 3) 2. CCT & Wattage adjustment (Figure 4)
Step 1 : Unscrew the 3/4 plug (CCT & Wattage Selector)
Step 2: Adjust the integrated switch for CCT & Wattage adjustment to get the desired CCT and Wattage according to the label on the fixture;
Step 3: Install and tighten the 3/4 plug; AL1503

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

THE LENS DEFAULT SETTING, THE CENTER MARKER ON THE FIXTURE IS SET TO “TYPE III”. (FIGURE 7)
Lens rotation instructions (if required). To rotate the lens follow the next steps:

Step 1: Turn off power.
Step 2: Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the 25 screws that hold the lens in place.
Step 3: Remove lens.
Step 4: To adjust lens to a left/forward distribution rotate lens clockwise 90°. To confirm proper rotation, the letter “L” should be correctly set at the center square slot at the base of the fixture. (Figure 8)
Step 5: To adjust lens to a right/forward distribution rotate lens counter-clockwise 90°. To confirm proper rotation, the letter “R” should be correctly set at the center square slot at the base of the fixture. (Figure 9)
Step 6: Secure lens is in the proper position and replace all 25 screws.
Step 7: Make sure the installation is complete and secure before turn on the power.
