SAFETY RULES FOR THE FLOORING CUTTER
- READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING THE NLBFOU FLOORING CUTTERS.
- If you are not thoroughly familiar with the operation of NLBFOU flooring Cutter, obtain advice from a qualified instructor or call.
- Stay alert. Do not operate while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
- Always wear safety approved eye protection with side shields.
- Keep work area free of debris.
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the NLBFOU flooring Cutter and work area.
- Make sure tool is secure. Operate only on a firm substrate or solid stand.
- Use the right tool. Do not force the NLBFOU flooring Cutter or use it for a job for which it was not designed; use only on approved materials.
- Keep the blade sharp. A dull blade will not perform properly.
- Always keep hands away from blade while operating or carrying the cutter.
- Do not alter or misuse this tool. The NLBFOU flooring Cutter is precision built; modifications not specified in this manual may result in a dangerous and unsafe environment.
- Maintain the NLBFOU flooring Cutter with care. Keep Blade sharp and clean. Follow instructions for changing accessories.
- Use only recommended accessories. The use of improper accessories may be hazardous and cause injuries.
- Never leave the NLBFOU flooring Cutter unattended. Secure the handle with the lock chain when not in use.

Step 1
Installation of the cutter Align the machine head with the panel
Step 2
Install main engine screws, do not tighten.
Notice: L-shaped wrench 4mm

If you found spare screws, they are all for special situations like lost the screw accidently, the staff break the screws accidently etc. Don’t worry about whether the installation is incomplete, as long as you install all the scews based on the actual installation quantity.
Step 3
Loosen handle screw, insert handle, tighten hand screw. L-shaped wrench 4mm
Step 4
Press the handle down, loosen main engine lock, make the blade up.
If you found spare screws, they are all for special situations like lost the
screw accidently, the staff break the screws accidently etc. Don’t worry about
whether the installation is incomplete, as long as you install all the scews
based on the actual installation quantity.
Step 5
Install panel screws, tighten them.

Step 6
Tighten main engine screws. Use L-shaped wrench 4mm
Straight Cutting
Insert material between the cutting blade and the base, flush it with the
guide bar as shown and hold the material then push handle down to complete a
cut.
Waming: Maintain control of the handle. Do not allow handle to slam back after
making a cut.
Angle Cutting
Insert material between the cutting blade and the base, material aligned at
corresponding angles, then push the handle down to complete a cut.
Warning: Maintain control of the handle. Do not allow handle to slam back
after making a cut.
Changing the Blade
Use the L-shaped wrench 4mm to remove the screws, then hold the blad by
each end and carefully move the blade out of blade holder.
Note:The flat side of the blade facing the table.
Warning: Do not put your fingers against the sharp edge of the blade at
any time.
Carry
First secure the handle with the lock when not in use and carry the cutter
as shown. Small wheels make moving easily.
