Please read this manual carefully before using this milk frother. Keep it properly for reference.

CAUTIONS PRIOR TO USE:

• Open the packaging box carefully, make sure to keep all the accessories inside properly. Take out the milk frother, connect it to the power supply and check if it works properly or not, and read the operating instruction and check the accessories carefully if they are complete or not.
• Clean the accessories of the milk frother prior to first use and clean away the dust and the remnant after work in accordance with the notes for cleaning and maintenance

CAUTIONS IN USE

• Warning: This device must be grounded.
• Only a professional socket can be connected to this device so as to supply correct voltage.
• Do not let the main power cord drop loosely, do not touch or move the plug with a wet hand, do not put the plug on the heated surface of any object, nor let it come into touch with any liquid like water or milk froth
• Do not operate the milk frother with the power cord or plug damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it shall be replaced by the manufacturer, the service agent or similar professional to avoid any danger.
• Do not operate the milk frother outdoors, nor operate it on an unflat surface. • When the device is working, do not touch its metal part and shell to avoid scalding.
• This product is not designed to mix a large amount of dry materials or blend large pieces of food, e.g., chocolate blocks, crushed nuts, spices, herbs, ice, etc.
• Do not let the device work without liquid. Always fill to “MIN” scale line at least and do not exceed “MAX” scale line.
• The liquid capacity shall not exceed the capacity scale “MAX” in the cup, otherwise it will overflow.
• Do not put any metal or similar items into the pot, because it may damage or affect the operation of the device.
• Do not put any object or finger into the milk frother at work. 2

CAUTIONS AFTER USE

• Do not immerse the milk frother or its power base in water or other liquids to avoid short circuit of the milk frother.
• All parts of the product (including the cup body) shall not be cleaned in the dishwasher
• Do not use any rough abradant, corrosive cleaner or oven cleaner to clean the device.
• Please check the power cord, power plug and actual device for any damage regularly, If the device is damaged in any way, do not operate it or stop using device immediately when it does not work

Always ensure the frothing disc is securely attached to the milk jug before use.

LEARN ABOUT YOUR MILK FROTHER

HOW TO USE IT?

1. Install the designated blender into the cup body.
2. Pour milk into the milk frother, make sure that the milk amount does not exceed the mark (–Max for heating milk, MAXMax for frothing).
3. Press the power button to start the milk frother:
4. Press the power button, when the buzzer beeps, the motor will start rotating after 0.25 seconds, and the device will start working. After the work is completed, the buzzer will beep for 1 second as a prompt.
5. Press the power button in the middle, the device can be started, or the device at work can be paused; press the power button twice or more to select functions.
6.  If the device needs to be paused, wait for 0.25 seconds right after pressing power key to get the device started working. When the motor rotates and device starts working, press power key again to pause working

Heating & frothing| Pour NE 0 115m1 whole milk into the cup, and pressthe power button tai . The white indicator 4 will flash for 3 times and then the motor will start rotating, the white indicator 4 will be on. After working for about 80-140s, it will stop working automatically. At this time, the white indicator wil flash for 30 seconds to prompt that the work is completed.

Heating milk (mixing with heat)| Pour     0240m1 milk into the cup, and and pressthe power button n for two times. The white indicatorop will flash for 3 times and then the motor will start rotating, the white indicator 6 will be on.After working for about 130-200s, it will stop working automatically. At this time, the white indicator will flash for 30 seconds to prompt that the work is completed.

Heating chocolate| Pour Ed.o. 240m1 milk and 20g cocoa powder intothe cup, and press the power button OM    for threetimes.The white indicator to, will flash for 3 times and then the motor will start rotating, the white indicator % will be on. After working for about 150-250s, it will stop working automatically. At this time, the white indicator wil flash for 30 seconds to prompt that the work is completed.

Cold frothing| Pour filAx ® 240m1 milk Into the cup, and pressthe power button tc8 for four times.The blue indicator   •will flash for 3 times andthen the motor wil start rotating, the blue indicator will be on. After working for about 110-130s, it will stop working automatically. At this time, the blue * indicator will flash for 30 seconds to prompt that the work is completed.

Attention:

• +The initial milk temperature had better be 41-50°F/5-10°C, with fat content >3.0%.
• Temperature range for milk heating and mixing is 149+9°F/65±5°C, and that for chocolate milk heating is 167±9°F /75±5°C.
• The milk stain on the cup bottom shall be cleaned after each milk frothing is over.

SKILLS

The following tips will help you make the best milk froth

1. First use the frothing blender to heat and blend the milk into froth. Prepare coffee or hot chocolate when the milk frother is working.
2. It is best to use whole milk to make froth (fat content >3.0%), which will have a better effect. Because frothing amount of different kinds of milk is slightly different, please try different kinds of milk to get the expected result.
3. This milk frother can be used to make frozen milk into milk froth, but it does not mean that it can be used to make frozen milk into frozen milk froth, because it will generate heat during work.
4. The ideal heating temperature for milk is 134-158°F, which will not weaken the taste of coffee but increase the flavor of coffee and shorten the time.
5. After each use, clean in time the inside of the cup with water and a soft towel and wipe with a dry towel.

The following are some references for making some drinks quickly and simply with the device

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Prior to cleaning, separate the cup body from the power base, and take out the lid of the cup for cleaning.

Do not soak the cup body and the power base in water, and all the parts (cup body included) of the milk frother must not be washed in the dishwasher!

1. Cleaning of cup body: add moderate detergent into cold water, and then use a soft towel without hair falling off to clean the cup, and then dry with a dry towel.
2. Cleaning of lid: take the lid from the cup body, and then wash the lid with water directly.
3. Cleaning of cup body: use a soft wet towel to wipe the cylindrical hardware part of the cup body. Take care not to use any highly effective cleaner, hard nylon brush or metal brush to wipe the cup body, for which will scratch the surface of the cup.
4. Cleaning of blender: take it out from the cup, wash it with water and wipe, and keep it in a safe place.
