Important Safety Information

WARNING

Not suitable for aggressive dogs. If your dog is prone to aggressive behavior, do not use this product. Aggres- sive dogs can cause severe injury or even death to their owner and others. Consult with your veterinarian or certified trainer if you’re unsure if this product is safe for your dog.

CAUTION

To prevent injury from improper use, please carefully read the user manual before using this product. Proper collar fit is crucial, as leaving the collar on for an extended period or making it too tight can lead to skin damage. This can range from mild redness to pressure ulcers, also known as bedsores.

Do not leave the receiver on your dog for more than 12 hours a day to prevent discomfort or injury.

If possible, reposition the receiver every 1-2 hours to avoid excessive pressure on one area.

Always check the fit of the collar and refer to the instructions in the manual to ensure proper use.

Important Safety Information

Do not attach a leash to the electronic collar as it may cause excessive pressure on the contacts.

When using a separate collar for a leash, avoid putting pressure on the electronic collar.

To maintain hygiene, clean the dog’s neck area and collar contacts weekly using a damp cloth.

Check the contact area daily for any signs of rash or sores.

Discontinue use of the collar if any such issues arise.

Only use an adapter with an output of 5V or less to charge the collar

How to Charge

Charging instructions (2h charging time):

When charging is completed, the battery icon will stop flashing and show a full status. Charging takes about 2 hours

How to Wear a Collar

  1. Thread the strap through the buckle

  2. Adjust the length to fit your dog’s neck,

  3. Put the collar on your dog’s neck and fasten the buckle

  4. Fine adjust collar to fit one finger between it and the dog’s neck

How to Power On/Off

**Turn on/off the remote

**

  1. Long press the power button for 2s to turn on/off the remote.
  2. The LED display will turn off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. Press any button on the remote control to turn it back on.

Turn on/off the collar

  1. Long press the power button for 2s to turn on/off the collar.
  2. The screen will show all the icons for 2s and go off when power on/off.

Operating Guide

Operation of Beep Mode

Beep command:
Press the beep key, the collar beeps once. And the volume is non-adjustbale.

Operation of Vibration Mode

Vibration command:
Press the vibration key, the collar vibrates once.

How to adjust the level:

Press the M key to switch to the vibration mode, and press the “+/-” button to increase or decrease the intensity

Operation of Shock Mode

Shock command:
Press the shock key, the collar generates an e-shock once.

How to adjust the level:

Simply press the “+/-” button to increase or decrease the intensity level.

How to test the e-shock function:

  1. Attach the test board to the 2 contact points of the collar.
  2. Press the shock button on the remote, the test board will light up if the shock functions.

Channel Selection & Pair

How to Select the Channel
The device supports training 2 dogs with only 1 remote.. Simply press the channel select button to switch between the 2 dogs.

How to pair the collar and the remote

The remote and the collar in the package are already paired at the factory. When you need to add a new collar to the remote, please follow the steps to match the collar to the remote:

  1. Turn on the collar and the remote.
  2. Press the on/off button on the collar twice quickly, and all the icons on the collar will start flashing.
  3. Press the Beep/Vibration/Static button on the remote to pair it with the collar.
  4. When you hear a beep, the pair is complete.

Safety Lock

Keypad: Lock or unlock.

When in lock mode, all keys on the remote will be disabled and will not react when you press. To activate the keys, please slide downward to unlock

Troubleshooting

Q1: When I press the beep, vibration, or e-shock button, my pet is not reacting/ responding.

  1. Check whether the receiver collar is On.
  2. Check if the remote or the collar is in low battery level.
  3. Use the test board to test whether the e-shock functions normally.
  4. Adjust the intensity level.
  5. Make sure that the contact points of the receiver collar are touching your dog’s skin closely

Q2: Remote/receiver does not response.

  1. Check if the Receiver Collar is on.

  2. Check if the collar or the remote is in low battery

  3. Check whether the remote and the collar are paired.

Warranty

2-Year Warranty

The buyer who originally purchased this unit is entitled to a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase, which covers parts and labor for repair services. However, the buyer is responsible for paying for the postage to return the unit. Accessories such as chargers, straps, and batteries are covered for the first year only. After the warranty expires, the buyer will be responsible for any necessary parts and repairs.

Non-eligible Warranty Situations

Products that have been bought secondhand or as a resold product.

Manual damage or loss.

Any water damage on the remote or receiver collar.

The unit has been modified or damaged by an unauthorized repair attempt

Replacing batteries during warranty if damage occurs. (Replacement of batteries is not recommended during the warranty period.)
