How is the binaural mode used?
- Remove the earphones from the charging case. The two earbuds come on and couple automatically. The red lights on the L and R earphones blink while pairing; following a successful connection, the R earphone turns off while the L earphone continues to flash.
- Go to the settings page for wireless devices. After finding “i09” and choosing it to link with, the earphones’ lights will turn off and the device will be connected.

That means the storage cases only had to be recharged after charging the ear buds 23 times. It has a great battery. You could easily charge the case before leaving on vacation and not worry about recharging until you get home.
Can you use left ear bud while right is in the case?****
Yes and if you later pull the right bud out it automatically connects.
Do both L and R Earbugs have microphone?****
Yes they do.
Can you buy an extra charging cable?****
A charging cable comes with this item. You can probably buy a cable like that one on any market.

Put them both back in box and plug it up, then give few minute. Then lift the left side.

Not sure what you are asking. This product fits in the ear and has several sizes of cushions. The stay in well.

I got mine the other day and used them full 9 hours at work yesterday and I used a single earbuds all day constant music playing on a medium volume. I could pushed it to 10 hours before changing it but I was already off work so I didn’t need to.
How do you get replacement earbud?****
I sure you can email the company. If you got the 3 yr warranty on it they should replace it.
