ENCONNEX APC-LC 9 MTP-LC Fiber Cable

Product Information

The product is a fiber optic cable with an MTP/APC female connector on one end and an LC 2.0mm duplex jacket connector on the other end. The cable is an 8-core single-mode fiber optic cable with a cable diameter of 9/125 SM OFNP. The fanout cable diameter is 2.0mm, and the cable length tolerance is within 0.1m. The cable is colored to indicate the core number and has the following color code:

The cable has an insertion loss of ≤0.75dB and a return loss of ≥ 50 dB. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C, and the storage temperature range is -20°C to +70°C.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the fiber optic cable, follow these steps:

1. Identify the MTP/APC female connector and the LC 2.0mm duplex jacket connector on the cable.
2. Connect the MTP/APC female connector to the corresponding port on your device.
3. Connect the LC 2.0mm duplex jacket connector to the corresponding port on another device or to a patch panel.
4. Ensure that the key on the MTP/APC female connector is aligned correctly with the keyway on the port.
5. Check that the cable is securely connected and that there is no visible damage to the cable or connectors.
6. If necessary, repeat steps 2-5 for additional connections.

Note: The cable should be handled carefully to avoid bending or twisting, which could damage the fiber optic cores. The cable should also be kept clean and free from dust or other contaminants.
