OPERATING TOUCH COMMANDS

Power On/Off

To turn on the Hionec Fit, simply take them out of the charging case. They will turn off automatically when returned to the case.
To manually control the Hionec Fit, press and hold the touch area for 3 seconds to turn them on, and 5 seconds to turn them off.

Switch Modes

To switch between Hearing Enhancement modes, double-tap the touch area as shown:

Modes	Applicable Scene	Indicating Sound
Mode 1	General	1 beep
Mode 2	Noisy Environment	2 beeps
Mode 3	Very Noisy Environment	3 beeps

Hearing Enhancement modes will be disabled during calls or music.

CHARGE YOUR HIONEC FIT CASE

To charge your Hionec Fit, place them into the charging case. Use the provided USB Type-C cable to connect the charging case to a USB AC adapter, and charge for approximately 2.5 hours.

Charging time may vary slightly depending on your environment.
If you hear feedback when you put the Hionec Fit back in the charging case, it may be because the case is out of battery. To fix it, charge the case or turn off the Hionec Fit by holding the touch area for 5 seconds.

CHARGE YOUR HIONEC FIT

Product Overview

Charge the earbuds by putting them in the charging case. The case can hold up to four full charges. To check the case’s battery level, open it.

DOWNLOAD THE HIONEC FIT APP

Use the Hionec Fit app to set up and adjust hearing amplifiers to fit your hearing needs. You can also use the app to manage settings.

To download the app, search for “Hionec Fit” in the App Store or Google Play and download the corresponding app.

Scan the QR code with your phone.
Choose your phone system and follow the instructions to download the Hionec Fit app.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

Bluetooth Connection

Step 1: Put on your Hionec Fit.
Step 2: Pair your Hionec Fit with your phone’s Bluetooth.
Step 3: Open the Hionec Fit app and tap ‘connect device’ to connect.

Once the Hionec Fit is connected to Bluetooth, you can control the volume for calls or music on your phone.
With the Hionec Fit app, you can adjust the volume of the Hearing Enhancement feature.

The Hearing Enhancement mode will be temporarily disabled when making or receiving calls or streaming music, and will resume when the cal ends or the music pauses.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Fail to charge
Check and clean the contact points of the Hionec Fit and the charging case. Use the provided charging cable to recharge again.
The volume becomes smaller
Check whether the ear dome is dirty. If so, clean or replace it with a new one. Or check if the Hionec Fit L/R is on low battery. Recharge them when needed.
Feedback appears and cannot stop
The feedback appears when the Hionec Fit are not wearing correctly. Try the following steps to improve:

Step 1: Change to a different size of dome that fits your ear.
Step 2: Place the Hionec Fit into the charging case, and they will automatically turn off.
Step 3: Clean your ear.
Step 4: Take out the Hionec Fit and do not touch the microphones.
Step 5: Put on the Hionec Fit again.
