Power on:
Take hearing amplifier out of charging case.
Power off:
Put hearing amplifier back in charging case.
NOTES:
Ensure correct magnetic attachment of hearing amplifier and charging case for proper charging and powering off.

WEARING THE HEARING AMPLIFIER
- Hold your hearing amplifier with your thumb and index finger.
- Gently insert and push the hearing amplifier into your ear canal until you feel secure and comfortable.
NOTES:
- Check the “L” or “R” letters on the device for the correct ear.
- Make sure the device fits securely to prevent whistling. Adjust the volume if necessary.
- Check the ‘Tips for Coping with feedback card ‘for help for help with reducing whistling.
When wearing, covering the microphone with your finger can effectively eliminate whistling.
ADJUSTING VOLUME

Use provided screwdriver to adjust volume.

Volume down : Turn the screwdriver counterclockwise

Volume up : Turn the screwdriver clockwise
NOTES : Volume can be adjusted to 8 different levels.
REPLACING EAR TIP
- Pinch the body of the hearing amplifier, turn the ear tip over and pull it out.
- Insert a suitable-size ear tip gently into the sound tube.
- Press the ear tip gently to make sure it is secure.
NOTES:
Use the correct size eartip for optimal sound quality and comfort.
REPLACING THE WAX GUARD
- Remove the eartip.
- Insert stick’s removal end into used wax guard.
- Remove used wax guard.
- Pick up new wax guard with stick’s other end.
- Gently insert new wax guard into sound tube.
- Pull out stick to finish.
NOTES:
If any wax or dirt remains, use the brush to remove it. Regular cleaning and wax guard replacement prevent hearing aid feedback, maintain performance, and prolong lifespan.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Daily Maintenance
Clean earwax on ear tips with provided brush after removing amplifiers. Wipe with soft cloth/tissue. Use drying kit to prevent humidity damage.
Weekly Maintenance
Wipe charging case and amplifier body with soft, lint-free cloth. Ensure unplugged and removed before cleaning.
Quarterly Maintenance
Replace eartips and earwax guards every 2-3 months. Refer to manual for instructions.
NOTES : Avoid chemical/sharp object use. Consult manual/professional for issues.
Care and Maintenance
- Store hearing amplifiers away from children and pets when not in use.
- Avoid exposing amplifiers or charging case to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Keep amplifiers away from humid places, like the bathroom, for extended periods.
- Avoid using sharp objects on the microphone to prevent damage.
- Do not attempt any repairs or disassembly, as it may void the warranty.

- Use a cleaning brush or cloth to clean dirt around the bottom, microphones, and charging contacts. Check microphone, ear tips, and charging case regularly.
- Avoid water, solvents, cleaning fluids, or oils to clean hearing amplifiers.
- Keep charging contacts clean and dry at all times.
- Store hearing amplifiers in the charging case when not in use.
- Maximum output sound pressure level is controlled by software to ensure user safety.
- Do not wear hearing amplifiers during X-ray, MR scans, CT scans, short-wave diathermy, or similar radiation treatments.
