The Hionec Fit App offers the following features:
Customize preferred profile settings for a comfortable hearing experience.
Before starting the setup process, make sure:
- Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on.
- Your hearing amplifier is turned on and has a fresh battery or is fully charged.
- Your hearing amplifier is within 5 feet of your smartphone.
OPTION 1
Visit and search in App store or Google Play.
OPTION 2
Open the camera on your smart phone.
NOTE : The Hionec Fit App is only available on iOS 9 or later for iPhone 5 or above, and Android 6 or later for a screen size of 4 inches or above.
Scan the following QR code to download the App.
CONNECT THE APP
Enable the Bluetooth
Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone before opening the
app.
OPTION 1:
Tum on Bluetooth in Control Center (swipe up from bottom of screen for iOS) .
OPTION 2:
Check Bluetooth in Settings menu.
LOGIN
Download the Hionec Fit app and register to get an extended 3-month
warranty period.
Search and Connect
Search and connect devices by following steps.
Note : Photo shows demo models only.
More setting
For more settings, click” … ” on the right.
CONTROL
Tap CONTROL on the left side of the homepage to adjust volume and change
mode.
If you have any problems, please tap ‘contact us’.
ON &OFF Setting
Select the corresponding device to tum ON/ OFF by sliding right or left
(available for some models).
Switch on:
Hearing amplifiers connect to app.
Switch off:
Hearing amplifiers disconnect from app.
Control the volume of your hearing amplifiers by dragging around the circle. Both instruments can be adjusted together at the same level by selecting linke, or independently by unlinking
Mode
Select your desired listening mode in the app by tapping the program icon. The
app allows you to simultaneously change both the left and right instruments
together using the preset function.
Notes : Memory switch on devices allows you to change mode individually.
HEARING
Tap “Hearing” at the bottom right of the home page. You can take a hearing test or enter your audiogram to set up your heeling amplifier yourself.
Notes : Try the default settings first. Make adjustments as needed to suit your needs.
Hearing check
Find a quiet place for your hearing check.
Notes : The hearing check is not an audiological assessment. It is a quick and easy way to customize the sound to your liking.
ON & OFF Setting
Follow the app prompts to confirm if you can hear the reference tone for each
frequency tested.
Respond ”Yes” or “No”
Hearing check
Once completed, the app will display your hearing results.
Tap “Close” at the top right to return.
Hearing check
You can adjust your hearing device settings based on the results.
Input Audiogram
You can enter your audiogram by dragging the dots on the chart If you lack an
audiogram, consult your doctor to obtain one. Alternatively, use the app’s
non-medical hearing check.
