SPECIAL REMINDER BEFORE INSTALLATION

Installation method Optional for Pressure Mounted and Hardware Mounted, Two installation methods, you can choose any one
METHOD A Pressure Mounted

Notice :
Screw in mounting cups when using gate on stairs,

METHOD A: PRESSURE MOUNTED INSTALLATION

STEP 1

Measure the width of the opening where you intend to install the gate. Please refer to the following diagrams to determine the correct installation configuration.

STEP 2

1.  Insert 4 bolts into 4 corners. of the gate/extension.
2.  Anti-stumble Pedal can be installed if needed to facilitate the free access of wheelchairs and baby strollers

Notice :
The bottom of the gate frame must be CLOSE to the floor, do not hang on the ground.

STEP3

Rotate both of the bottom Tension Bolt as shown in the figure. Note: Make sure the bottom of the gate frame remains completely flat on the floor.
Next, rotate both of the top Tension Bolt as shown in the figure.
STEP4

Tighten the bolts to ensure that the door bars are locked
STEP5

Cut off the belt and test the gate:

1. Push the gate to check stability.
2. Open and dose the walk-through gate

Opening Method:
Turn the upper iron piece up first and then lift the lower lock upwards

METHODB: HARDWARE MOUNTED INSTALLATION

STEP1
 

Pre-assemble the gate, and locate four points for hole drilling. Hold the wall cup in position and mark the center with a pencil.
Step 2

According to your markings, drill holes in the corresponding locations, then insert the wall anchors and fix the wall cups with nails

Place the gate in the right position for fixed adjustment. and then cut the belt

INSTALLATION FOR ENCRYPTION ROD

If the width of the screw exceeds 3.5 CM, the width must be reduced with a rod as shown in the picture.

Using one side of the gate as an example for the installation of the encryption rod:

1. As shown in the figure, put the screw through the M10 nut(O), the hole of the encryption rod and the nut in order
2. Next, insert the screw into the hole on the side of the door and tighten the pressure bolt to install it in place.
3. According to the actual size of the spacing, twist both of the M10 nuts to adjust the side spacing to ensure that the distance between the wall and the side pipe is <3.5CM

INSTALLATION FOR EXTRA HIGH NETWORK

STEP 1
According to the height requirements of use, you can install the main network accessories for additional height.

1. Insert the pins at the bottom of the main network into the top hole to place the main network temporarily:

2. Insert the long screws(M) into the holes from top to bottom as shown, and use a screwdriver(R) to tighten the screw to fix them.

INSTALLATION FOR EXTRA HIGH NETWORK

STEP 2

Installing the side nets on both sides of the main network according to the actual installation width requirements..

1. Adjust the required width on both sides and fix the upper and lower parts of the side nets to the main network by using snap iron sheet,
2. Use the attached short screws(N) and M5 nuts(P), install them in the order shown in the diagram, and tighten the screws to fix them with the help of wrench tools;
   

OPERATION FOR ADJUSTABLE SMALL GATE

The small pet door is 10.23 x 11.8 inches. You can adjust its size for your pet to go through appropriately.

1. Press both sides of the door inwards at the same time and then lift up (or down) to open and close the door.
2. The small gate has a total of 4 adjustment levels
   

TROUBLE  SHOOTING

• The gate are too tight or not tight enough, Solution: Please adjust the door clearance to 0.07in
  

• Gate is not properly aligned onto the door frame. Solution: Adjust the gate by loosening all tension bolts and reposition gate. Make sure the gate is properly aligned onto the door frame/door opening. Then re-tighten tension bolts.

• How to make sure the gate has been completely installed correctly?
  Solution. Please refer to the following illustration, check through the top view and side view of the gate, and install it as required by the correct illustration.

• If you need to remove the gate or reinstall it elsewhere in the future.
  Solution: Before removing, tie the gate with cable zip tie to make sure the gate is locked. Next, loosen the 4 bolts in the direction shown in Trouble shooting and remove the gate.
  Note : You must tie the gate with a tie before removing it. Otherwise, you may need the assistance of others to help you install it again
