Before Use

  1.  Choose unit installation local ion carefully. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or close to a source of heat. Also avoid locatK>ns subject to vibrations and excessive dust, cold or moisture. Keep away from sources that hum, such as transformers or motors.
  2.  Oo does not open the cabinet as this might result in damage to the circuitry or electrical shock, if a foreign object should get into the set, contact your dealer.
  3. Be sure not to handle records with dirty fingers. Never play a record that has a crack on the surface.
  4. When removing the polish plug from the wall ou11et, alY1ays pull directly on the plug, never pull the cord.
  5. To protect the stylus, don’t forget to put on the white protective needle cover after use.
  6.  Do not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this might damage the finish. Use a clean, dry cloth.
  7.  In order to shut off the power to this product completely, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Be sure to unplug the unit if you do not intend to use it for an extended period of time, such as a vacation.
  8. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference,

Powering On the Turntable
Connect the supplied AC/DC power adapter to the “DC IN” socket (2) on the back of the unit and to your household outlet by plugging in each end respectively.

Note:
Check the rating plate on the AC/DC adapter with your mains power voltage before powering the turntable on.

Using Your Turntable

There are three ways to listen to music with this unit:

  1.  Using the built-in internal speakers
  2. Using the RCA output jack
  3. Using Bluetooth Transmitting

Listening to music through the RCA jacks
You can connect the turntable to an external audio system (speakers or amplifier) through the LINE OUT socket using the included audio RCA cables

  1.  Plug the red and white connectors on the included RCA cable into the UR Line-out socket on the back of your turntable. red to red and white to white.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into your speakers, red to right speaker and white to left speaker.
  3. Power on the turntable by turning the knob (5) and the amplifier devioe you connected.
  4. During playback, adjust the volume control on the amplifier device.

Note:
The output of this jack is a pre. amplified signal and is not suitable for connecting to the PHONO IN interface or the amplifier

Listening to music by Bluetooth Transmitting

  1. Tum on your home Bluetooth amplifier or speaker {ex. speaker, headphones, etc.)
  2. Turn U1e power/volume knob clockwise to turn on lhe unit and switch lhe device into Bluetooth transmitting standby mode. The PAIR LED light will begin to flash slowly indicating that U1e unit is searching for the Bluetooth device automatically,
  3. When the device is successfully paired, U1e PAIR LED will be steady lit (no flashing).
  4. To adjust the volume, either turn the volume knob on the unit or adjust the volume on your Bluetooth device.
  5.  If you would like to connect a new Bluetooth amplifier device to the turntable, first press the Bluetooth Pair button (6) to disconnect the current Bluetooth amplifier device, next power off your current Bluetooth amplifier device and power on your new device. Repeat steps 1·-3 to connect the new device.

NOTE:

  •  It is important to turn off your Bluetooth amplifier device when not in use as the turntable will automatically connect to the device in future use.
  • Bluetooth transmission gives priority to connecting to external Bluetooth amplifiers with a strong signal

Play a record with internal speakers

  1. Turn the power/volume knob clockwise to tum on the unit. Determine how you will listen to the record following the previous steps (built-in speakers. RCA Output. Bluetooth Device)

  2. Place a record onto the turntable, center it on the spindle. If playing a 4SRM record (small EP), insert the dapter into the center of the record before placing it on the turntable spindle.

  3.  Set the Speed Selector to 33, 45 or 78 rpm according to the record.

  4. Remove the tone afm test lock to release the tonearm.. NOTE: It is important tote-tock the tonearm when not in use to prevent damage.

  5. Remove the protective cap from the stylus. NOTE: It is important to keep this cap for storage when not in use to protect the stylus.

  6.  Push the tonearm lifter toward the back of the unit to raise the tonearm.

  7. Gently guide the tonearm to the left.. above the turntable and record, NOTE; The record will begin to spin.

  8. Push the tonearm lifter forward, toward the front of the unit to lower the tonearm so that the stylus touches the record and it begins to play.
    NOTE: Do NOT manually force the tonearm up or down, this could cause serious damage. Always use the tonearm lifter to raise and lower the tonearm.

  9. To pause or stop playing the record, push the tonearm lifter toward the back of the unit to raise the tonearm. Guide the tonearm to the right, out of the way of the record and turntable.

  10. 1Adjust the volume of the internal speakers by turning the power/volume knob )accordingly. Additionally. you can mute the speakers at any time by pushing the Mute Button When you a,e finished listening and are ready to put away the turntable do the following:  Raise the tonearm by pushing the tonearm lifted toward the back of the unit.  Guide the tonearm to the right. away from the record and turntable, and place it back above the tone armrest.  Push the tonearm lifter toward the front of the unit to lower the tonearm lock the tonearm in place by latching the tonearm rest lock.. Replace the stylus. protective cover.

  11. Turn the Power/Volume Knob ( counterclockwise until you hear a elide and the PAIR LEO is off to turn the unit off.

Notes:

  • Be sure 10 property raise and lower the tonearm using the tonearm lifter when making any adjustments to the unit,
  • Do not stop or turn the plotter manually.
  •  We,1 not in use, it is recommended to remove the record and close the lid of the turntable to protect from dust and debris.
  • Always relock the tonearm lock catch before transporting your turntable
  •  Do not place anything on top of the turntable cover, especially while playing a record.

MAINTENANCE/ PROPER HANDLING

  • Do not touch the record’s grooves. Only handle records by the edges or the label with clean hands. Touching the record surface will cause your record’s quality to deteriorate.
  • To clean a record, use a soft anti-static cloth to gently wipe the record surface.
  • Keep records in their protective sleeves when not in use.
  • Always store records upright on their edges
  • Avoid placing records in direct sunlight, close to a heat source (radiators, stoves, etc.}, or in a location subject to vibration, excessive dust, heat, cold or moisture.

General Care

  •  When removing the power plug from the wall outlet, always pull directly on the plug. Never pull the cord.
  •  Oo does not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this might damage the finish.
  •  For cleaning, only use a clean, dry cloth.
  • In order to shut off the power to this product completely, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Be sure to unplug the unit if you do not intend to use it for an extended period of time. How to Replace the Turntable Stylus/Replacement Needle II 402M208·015 The stylus should lo5t about SO hours under normal use. However, it is recommended that the stylus be replaced as soon as you notice a change in sound quality. Prolonged use of a worn•out stylus may damage the record. The highest speed of 78 RPM records would wear out the stylus more quickly.

Removing the old stylus:

  1. Set a flat head screwdriver at the tip of the stylus and push downward rat the tip of the stylus and push downward
  2.  Remove the stylus by pulling it simultaneously downward and forward.

Installing a new stylus :

  1. Hold the front tip of the stylus and insert its rear edge first.
  2.  Push the stylus upwards until the tip locks into place.

Caution:

  • Do not bend the stylus.
  • Do not touch the needle to ovoid injury your hand.
  • Turn off the unit’s power before you rep/au the stylus.
  •  Keep out of reach of children.
