About Toshiba Home AC Control

1. Toshiba Home AC Control can control system operation by smartphone or tablet (mobile device) via internet connection.
2. Everywhere control, software run on Cloud system and mobile device can set and monitor system operation.
3. Everyone can control, 1 Wireless interface maximum 5 User (use 1 email register).
4. Multi system control, 1 user can control 10 system.

Note :

1. Wireless interface can register only 1 email address, if register with new email current email will invalid.
2. 1 email address can use for register 5 mobile devices for control same system.

Installation for Wireless interface

1. Open cover of Wireless interface and make hole for wire out.
   

2. Fix on wall or partition following fixing position, connect wire between Wireless interface and Indoor unit.
   

3. Close cover of Wireless interface.

Note :

1. Be sure no electrical power before installing this product.
2. Wireless interface must not be installed in areas as below.
   • Direct sunlight or areas exposed to outside air influences.
   • Poor ventilation (near windows or other openings).
   • External heat sources (above radiators etc.).
   • Freezing or refrigerated areas.
   • Do not install nearly device the can produce electrical noise such as elevators, automatic door and etc.
3. Do not modify for any electrical part, it can cause for malfunction, electric shock or fire.
4. Install area should be covered by Wi-Fi signal from Router.
5. Wireless interface compatible with router 2.4GHz band IEEE802.11 b/g/n standard.
6. Installation level should be 100 mm or more from floor.
7. Operating temperature should not over 55°C.

Open an application and follow register for User registration.

1. Tab Register.

2. Enter email address.

3. Select country.

4. Enter user name.

5. Enter password by 6-10 character, combination of alphabet and number.
   

6. Fill out customer information.

7. Check for terms and condition.

8. Confirm information.

9. Information will submit to email, click link for confirm.
   

Log in to Toshiba Home AC Control application

1. Connect Wireless interface to system and turn on power supply.

* Note

1. In case of Wi-Fi router change or e-mail for register change need to re-process for add Wireless interface again (need to press SETUP button 1 time for active Access Point mode).
2. In case of change Wireless interface to use with other AC need to factory reset (press and hold SETUP 5s) and re-process for add Wireless interface again.

2. Open application and select Log in.

3. Enter user name and password.

4. Log in successful

Add Wireless interface for control by Toshiba Home AC Control application

1. Select “Add AC (Adapter)” from both display above.
   

2. Select AC (adapter) connection method

3. AC (adapter) connect.

4. Connect with Home Wi-Fi Router.

• This “Heat mode” is only available for Heat Pump product.

Google Assistant

Link account setup and add devices (ACs)

1. Click on + mark.

2. Select Set up device.

3. Select Works with Google.

4. Search Toshiba Home AC Control.

5. Input Username and Password.

6. Link account finished, Choose device.

Example command device name is [Bed room]
Power control (ON/OFF)| OK Google, turn on the [Bed room].
OK Google, turn off the [Bed room].
Mode setting| OK Google, set the [Bed room] to Cool mode.
OK Google, set the [Bed room] to Heat mode.
OK Google, set the [Bed room] to Dry mode.
OK Google, set the [Bed room] to Auto mode.
OK Google, set the [Bed room] to Fan mode.
Temperature setting| OK Google, set the [Bed room] temperature to 22 degrees.
OK Google, increase the [Bed room] temperature by 1 degrees.
OK Google, decrease the [Bed room] temperature by 2 degrees.
Fan speed setting (Recommend to use English language)| OK Google, set the [Bed room] fan speed to Auto.
OK Google, set the [Bed room] fan speed to Low.

Link account setup and add devices (ACs)

1. Select More.

2. Select Skills & Games.

3. Search “Toshiba Home AC Control”

4. Click ENABLE TO USE.

5. Input Username and Password.

6. Link account finished.

7. Discover devices.

8. Devices found.

9. Devices list show for set up.

10. Set up device.

11. Choose GROUP for your device.

12. Select continue.

13. Set up finish.

14. Check about devices list.
