Rinse all parts of pet fountain before install.
To remove filter surface
carbon powder, please soak 5 minutes and rinse 15s before use.
There is asmall amount of oil coming from water pump at the first time use,

It’s recommended to replace filter and water bump sponge every 1 month, and
wash them every week.

Q: Why doesn't the product work after connecting the wires?
A: The USB head is not inserted all the way, please insert it again. The power cable is broken inside, please replace a new one. Please check if the socket switch is turned on.
Q: How often does the filter need to be replaced
A: The service life of the filter replacement may be longer or shorter depending on the specific usage. It is recommended to replace it every 1 month.
Q: Why is there black powder floating in the water?
A: This is carbon powder, which is safe and harmless. You can clean the filter replacement to remove the powder.
Q: Why does the pump make abnormal noise during use?
A: The small foreign objects may have entered the water pump, lease disassemble and wash the water pump and reinstall it.
